All of the store associates were so friendly and helpful. I was greeted immediately by an associate, directed to where I needed to go, and the associate paged so that someone would be there to help me. The associate that helped me was amazing, and I wish I knew his name for the survey to give him credit, but he was so friendly, and I was impressed by how fast they can make a key copy and how reasonable the prices are!

When I went to check out, one register was busy, but an associate saw that and came over to help me at another register, so i didnt even have to wait in line! Having worked in retail, and knowing how difficult it can be, the customer service at this location was fantastic. This was my first time in Ace Hardware, but I would definitely go back if I needed anything that they could help me with in the future!

Amazing! I go there frequently for my hobby of furniture repair. Friendly employees. Also nice to only have to drive a mile when I need to copy some keys. And don't even get me started on the sheer amount of nuts bolts and screws. Love the complementary popcorn. Even my cat loves Ace, she always sleeps on my Ace vest. Can I bring her in next time 10 out of 10, would shop again!

I've shopped this store for years, but will never go back. I have been willing to pay the typical 10-25% higher price Ace charges versus the big box stores, for the level of service Ace has provided, and the quick in and out convenience. Tonight, I went in to buy a 1/2 - 7/8 inch hose clamp, and was stunned at a $3 price tag for a $.50 part. I thought that price had to be an error, but the clerk confirmed it. I haven't minded paying a reasonable premium, but a 6X cost factor is a level of greed I can't stomach. And, their level of service has been in decline as well. In the future, I will just order online at a far cheaper price, and they deliver directly to my door.

I brought in my kiddos strider bike to get some stripped screws out. They were extremely helpful and worked hard to remove the screws and even got me the correct size for replacement!
