Domingo, from Ace Handyman Services, is so great! He came out, first, to advise me on my project: a “catio” enclosure on my back patio. Then, he came back to assemble (with perfection and amazing attention to details) the pre-fabricated catio kit that I had obtained… and he made my crazy idea of connecting the catio to my house - via a tunnel and a cat flap - into reality. He also advised me to get, and installed for me, a security bar for my sliding door. Along the way, he impressively improvised to make the project work, such as cutting the security bar that was too long. I am so pleased with the excellent quality work that Domingo did for me, and so grateful for his help in scoping a workable project and improving the security of my home.

Very happy with the services provided, everything from the scheduling process to repair work was top notch. I got two toilets replaced, dishwasher installed and some carpentry work. Marcos arrived on time and was wearing a mask indoors which I really appreciated, he was friendly and completed seamless work. I will definitely use Ace Handyman services again. I called Ace Handyman Services and was able to make an appointment pretty quickly. The customer service rep that helped me was friendly and professional. She explained the process to me clearly. The day of my appointment, I was notified ahead of time, the person was on the way. My handyman, Domingo, was very nice and I was immediately comfortable having him in the house. Call it good vibes.. He put on cloth shoe covers to protect my floors (which I told him was not really necessary and he insisted) plus had on his mask. I showed him what needed to be done - install 2 wire shelves and replace a seal in bathroom. When he was done, I loved his confidence in his work, job well done!! He went above and beyond. I attempted to install one shelf myself and had put a few holes in the wall. oops.. Domingo patched the holes for me too!! EXCELLENT job Domingo!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I will be using Ace Handyman Services of Seminole County & Winter Park again for whatever my next project is and will call Before I put holes in the wall.

I had a simple job for the handyman Ace they sent out. it was to replace a few office ceiling tiles. He was just supposed to give me a quote. The tiles were damaged from a leak thanks to hurricane Ian and the leak was being addressed by a different roofing company. Instead of giving me a quote and communicating with him directly, the handyman told all the ladies who were working in the office their lives were in danger due to black mold. The ladies were so concerned they closed down the office causing their boss, my tenant, to call and yell at me as to why the Ace handyman would do such a thing. It was incredibly unprofessional and I’ll never use Ace Handyman Services again. Lastly, I still have yet to hear from Ace about that project. They never communicated with me, never followed up, never gave me a quote, and just walked away. I think they just didn’t want to do the work maybe? They were supposed to fix a problem, but all they did was to create more problems.

Quality services provided as well as timely, professional and courteous. The backing in an under-the-counter had separated in a corner and the shelf fell. The service tech sturdily refastened the corner and was able to reinstall the shelf giving me more storage space as well as making the space under the counter look much better. The service tech also replaced a wooden board next to a screened patio door outside that was showing rot at the bottom with a pvc "board" and now that looks better as well. I will definitely use Ace Handyman Services for any future work.

I am so pleased that Ace Hardware offers this service. I needed to have two doorknobs and locks installed on my front and back doors. Domingo was assigned to the job. He arrived on time, wore a mask the entire time, and did a great job. I will not hesitate to contact ACE Handyman Service again as needed. I have already recommended the service to two friends.

A good handyman is difficult to find.

My daughter recently purchased a home with a ton of issues, so it was imperative that I locate a competent handyman. I'm so pleased to report that I did! The owner of Ace Handyman Services in Altamonte Springs, FL is a kind, helpful guy and the repairman he sent was OUTSTANDING. Thank you, Domingo, for turning my daughter's broken house into a cozy home.

From ceiling fan installation to curtain rods to stucco repair to painting and screens and other repairs, Domingo can do it all. And this guy works like a demon! Customers pay by the hour and he seems quite mindful of that. And what a nice man! I felt confident returning home, knowing that if my daughter has house issues, Steve and Domingo are just a phone call away. You guys are awesome!

Working with Steve from Ace Handyman Services was a pleasure. He gave us a fair quote and actually answered the phone unlike other companies we called. Several sections of our fence had blown down after Hurricane Ian and Tropical Storm Nicole and the employee (they are employees and not contractors) that was sent did a good job putting them back up. We were unfortunately out for the day so I wasn't able to tell the handyman in person that we wanted three of the posts replaced and not two (we had bought three posts and what we thought was enough cement for the posts, but perhaps there wasn't enough), but the two that were put up are very sturdy and straight, and the fence is back up. Steve was very fair with us when I explained this and even though the employee had spent more time than was initially estimated, stuck to the original quote because of the misunderstanding. I would and will be calling them again when we need more work done.
