Their website to make a payment is non existent and even trying to get ahold of them on the phone is dam near impossible. You can call 20 or more times within the day and no answer. Their services are just horrible to make a payment pretty sure I’m going to get a late fee within the time of me just trying to get ahold of them.

The manager for acceptance now Gabriel at the Rooms to Go in Jensen Beach is extremely unprofessional. The customer service at this store is horrible. The acceptance now customer service rating should be a 0. The money people are spending we should be treated better than this.Don’t do business with this acceptance now nor the rooms to go Jensen beach location. I have already reported Gabriel and will speaking to someone in corporate to have him terminated.

Terrible finance company at the store on Carmia Drive. You will talk to different people everytime you call and repeat yourself to each person. I had a terrible experience with my bed and they didn't take care of my needs properly. Please don't go to this store.

i purchased an item from a furniture store-Altamonte Springs, FL and decided to do the 90days option of payoff. the young lady didnt seem very knowledgeable and i had to continue confirm info on my paperwork of which she advised "oh yeah that is it, its ok". little did i know this would be the nightmare from HELL. I have been trying to get a correct payoff for 2weeks, ive called and visited the store and was given 3 different amounts of which no one can explain why. i am 1 week away from my 90days and still no resolution. I was advised by a rep-Patrick that he did see the discrepancy in the amount but don't know why, then he advised will consult w/mgr and call me back. it was 3days and no call, so i called and spoke to the manager-Miguel of whom advised my paperwork was incorrect and gave me another amount. I asked shouldn't my paperwork also reflect that amount, he was not concerned w/that and only advised this is what he has and that is the amount and i am welcome to come to the store to view HIS paperwork. He also advised the young lady who originally did my contract is no longer her, I advised this is not my concern and i have a contract with a BINDING AMOUNT of which she circled would be the payoff. I'm now waiting for a callback from the district manager, let's see what happens now.... LESSON LEARNED!! DONT DO PAYMENT PLAN W/ACCEPTANCE NOW, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PAY IN FULL!!
