I highly recommend Accent Carpet & Tile. They have a large showroom with lots of selections. I chose a beautiful porcelain tile for the floors in three rooms (living room, dining room, and office area.) The sales staff was very professional and nice. They had a lot of patience while I took my time deciding on which floor (wood or tile) to install. And when I chose tile, they were very patient while I took my time deciding on the best tile for my home. Mike came out to my home twice to answer my questions about my project. He was very helpful. The installers were very professional, careful, friendly, and respectful. They moved my heavy furniture for me. Then they ripped out my old carpet and within three days, I had beautiful new tile floors. I found the project to be affordable and after it was finished, I couldn't understand why I didn't make the change a few years ago. I am glad I chose Accent Carpet & Tile.

We are absolutely delighted with the flooring that Accent installed. I chose Accent after a Google search and noted their perfect ratings, a large quantity of ratings and reviews, I was hesitant, as we had an installer we had used previously had suddenly passed. I am not a handy guy, and wary of contractors, so I relied on these ratings, and am very happy I did. From my very first call, they answered the phone, no need to leave a message and wait for a callback. In no time, they came to our house and provided an estimate that I was very happy with. In a matter of minutes, we picked the vinyl from the samples provided, the rooms were measured, and an estimate provided. The promises they made regarding when they could do it, when the materials would come in were adhered to. The installers came with decades of experience, wonderful people, really busted their humps and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. AAA+++. Thank you all so much!

I wish I didn’t have to write this review. I went into shop 1/4/25 and picked tile that I liked. Mike was supposed to come measure my house for tile 1/10/25. He no called and no showed. Called me on 1/13/25 to say he was sick, apologize, and wanted to reschedule. I called him back 1/14 to see if he could still come and measure. He told me he would be back in office 1/15 and would call me. I waited until 2:30 pm on 1/15 and with no call I called the shop to see when they could come and measure. Mike answered and told me 1/16 5 pm. He did show up and measured. He told me he would finalize quote and send it to me today 1/17 (afternoon). Guess what, no quote and they closed at 5pm.
Horrible communication. I am not going to beg to be your customer. I’ll go somewhere else that provides good customer service. You just lost thousands of dollars of my business. Is there only one salesperson? Wow!

I had a transition strip between my laminate and tile floor that came up due to a water leak from my A/C. I had bought from Accent Carpet and Tile before and was always pleased with the quality of work and the cost of the flooring we purchased from them. I talked to Joe the owner and hearing my need, he told me he could come by the next day and fix it for me. He showed up at the time he told me and fixed it. He did not charge me for the service call or the fix to the transition strip.

I can only say that my faith in Accent Carpet and Tile was confirmed by the owners demonstration of commitment to customer service. If I need carpet or tile in the future, it will definitely be with Accent Carpet and Tile.

I tried to order a specific carpet for my home theater from Joy Carpets through Lowes, but they kept having an error when trying to order. I contacted the manufacturer directly and they recommended Accent Carpet and Tile and I could not have been happier going through them for installation. The quotes were better than Lowes for the same carpet, and Mike did a great job with communicating through the entire order. We're super happy with our carpet and I would recommend Accent Carpet and tile to anyone.

Love this place! They helped us pick out the right flooring. They came in on one day and a couple days later they came back and laid our floors. 3 rooms. They took out the old carpet. Moved the big furniture out of the way. Laid the new tiles and moved the furniture back. All in less than 6 hours.
