Absolutely horrible service. Max was supposed to appraise my rug and he sent someone to pick it up from me and kept it for over a month. Never gave me a quote on the appraisal price and kept telling me it will be ready next week at least 5 times. He finally had some man come to drop it off unannounced to me saying it was $250 for the appraisal and I will get an email with the appraisal. I was reluctant and then after giving a check I contacted max to say i wanted to cancel the whole transaction. He said he would send the appraisal and again i said cancel the service and DO NOT CASH MY CHECK. Said no and ignored my request and cashed my check anyway. He still gave me no appraisal. This guy is an absolute thief. I intend to get my money back.

They returned my beautiful rug with this damage to the edge! I’m very upset as they want me to pay for them to fix what they caused! Rishi denies
damaging my carpet but it did not have shreds and tears like this when he picked it up! We paid soooo much money to have my most special rug cleaned and they had the nerve to return it looking like this! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! Why risk it?

Garbage company. Ordered a rug online and they charged my card. After that there was absolutely no communication. I emailed, chatted and called multiple times with no reply. 2 weeks later I cancelled the transaction with my credit card company. Avoid at all costs.

We Bought a Rug from this store and WOW their rugs are awesome, great quality and loads of inventory. Any color we wanted was available. They custom make any design, any color and any material to meet our needs. Price is Great and Service is Really Good. They have well trained staff and are friendly. They let us try up-to 4 rugs at our home and let us decide which fits the best. They install rugs at home for Free.

Awful experience!! Don’t buy from them.. Let them close their store in down town!!
Bought two mini carpets from them, sizing-wise they did not work out. I asked Simon prior to purchase, I might have to return Themis the sizing did not work out. He said it is totally fine and pretended that he is giving me a great price, I brought them back less than 24hrs with the tag on, the store manager said, another person, they cannot return them since they are final sales. I am very very disappointed with their poor and dishonest customer service.

My treasured Navajo rug was completely lost, or frankly stolen, by this company. Each contact I have there is an assurance they have the rug, an assurance they will call back, and then the phone numbers are disconnected and we start over. DO NOT use this company!

Me and my wife have had an expensive rug which we had bought from Turkey and had been in our house for last 20 years .we were very disappointed as someone had thrown red wine all over the rug and we tried our best to clean it but couldn’t . Abc rugs owner Rishi came to our rescue he and his team not only gave us excellent service but also provided us with a clean rug . He was telling me his family has been in business of rugs and carpet cleaning for over 35 years and takes pride in there service .. thank you Rishi and Abc rugs .. I will be sending some more refferals your way

I gave them $300.00 6 months ago for a preschool rug. Now they won’t return my calls. No rug has been delivered. No money has been returned. Buyer beware!
