Well, our warranty just ran out a month ago on our piece of garbage Maytag washer….if your reading this keep your old washing machine no matter what. The new ones are pathetic.
My dad recommended Jospeh and is thrilled with him.
He is no nonsense and found the problem in twenty minutes.
He came the day after I called him which was much appreciated. Everyone else said a week out.
We found our keeper repair man!!!!

Was looking for a appliance company to diagnose my wash machine issue. Called the number and hit a recording/ voicemail ( landline it appears ) and couldn't leave a voicemail because their voicemail said to keep calling back until you reached them because they do not check voicemails. So I gave up after a few calls. I get maybe not wanting to forward calls to your cell phone , like so many other companies do. But not let a potential customer to leave a voicemail?

I felt the negative vibe when I opened my front door at 10 am for the technician to see what was wrong with my refrigerator. I don’t want to mention his name but he knows who he is. He did not even say good morning or anything. He just stares at me like a lost puppy 😂😂😂 I asked him,
“Ummmmmmm…… your here to see what’s wrong with our refrigerator right?”
He didn’t introduce himself or nothing.
Would’ve also been nice if he would've mention ahead of time that he does not accept card, only cash or checks which I don’t carry that.

Our dryer started making a crazy knocking noise. We did a little research (thank you, YouTube) and concluded the problem was the rollers. We purchased a repair kit for our dryer model, complete with all the typical parts that wear out over time, and called Joseph Starr with Aaron's Appliance Service to come install the parts. He was difficult to reach at first since there's no way to leave a message, but he responded in a reasonable time frame and made the house call promptly. He was very efficient, in and out quickly, and charged way less for his time than I anticipated. Very reasonably priced!! Very happy with the service and we will certainly utilize Joseph Starr again in the future. Highly recommended.

Great service at a reasonable price. I called several places for refrigerator repair and was told it would be 2 weeks by all. Called Aaron's and they responded the same day and came out the next! I'd definitely recommend and use them again.

We called a couple repair services and they wanted us to wait for a week. Finally, called Joe at Aaron's Appliance Service, he said he could be here in the morning. Showed up, analyzed the problem, told me what it would cost. He had the part with him, he was in and out within an hour. Saved me from buying a new refrigerator. The price was VERY reasonable and we were VERY pleased with response and repair. We would highly recommend Joe. Thanks Again!

Charged $80 for a job that took 5 minutes without asking if we had tried to make the simple fix ourselves. Overpriced, but the real problem was that he was requested to not come by until around noon so I could sleep. However, he sends a text at 9 am asking if he can come by. Did not respond, due to being asleep, then he proceeds to just come by at 10 am, ringing the doorbell anyways. I work a late job and do not fall asleep until around 4. Ruined my entire morning.

When other companies told me they could not come for a week,Arrons showed up the next morning. Bob fixed it temp. untill the part came in so we would not loose any food. The park came in the next day and he came back as promised. These guys are the Best.
