We went through this man because we were hurting for money when ours went out. My husband had a great conversation with him. He seemed like he knew what he was doing and was kind. We paid (thankfully with our credit card) for him to deliver the refrigerator we picked out and he told us he would have it delivered later that day, which he did. Well my husband got the help needed to load it into the house and get it connected. The water dispenser didn’t work on the fridge. So he told my husband (through text because he doesn’t answer the phone) that he’ll deliver a new one in ONE WEEK. We were very patient, because again, he seemed nice, like it was an honest mistake. Next week he delivers, we load the new fridge into the house, connected it and this one did not get cold. We told him and he said he couldn’t help, he was done. We offered for him to take this fridge back, because he told us we could “KEEP the other broken one” so we gave it to someone who could use it without the water. We asked him to give us our money back since we paid $750 for yes, TWO BROKEN refrigerators and had to move them to and from the house without his assistance. He told us he would only refund if we gave him back both AND I need to deliver them to his store 30 minutes away. We gave him the option to pick up the one fridge since that’s what we paid for and even waited a couple weeks to see if he would reply or come back to pick it up and give us a refund, but he never did so I decided to dispute the transaction. Like I said he is extremely hard to get a hold of because he does not answer calls, only text messages. So thank God we paid with our credit card so I could dispute it. We were stuck with two broken refrigerators that we were able to give away as scrap. STAY AWAY from this man! He’s super shady! He seems very sweet and will have a reason for all the negative reviews. Don’t waste your time, and if you do decide to go with him, use your credit card, do not use anything else, so you can get your money back if needed. If he doesn’t let you use your credit card then don’t go with him! His business needs to be shut down. Such a same, I hope the people he goes to church with will come to the same conclusion and he’ll be convicted of what he does wrong.

Emmanuel, was very pleasant to work with on the purchasing of our LG Refrigerator. However, the unit was not hooked up to water when purchasing so we had no idea if the two ice makers worked. He said he would give us a 30 day warranty. We were good with it so we purchased it, but he did not honor the 30 day warranty. He went on vacation during our 30 days and said he would fix it when he returned. After he returned he said he does not warranty gadgets … only the cooling. That was not the case when we purchased. So buyer beware! Update refrigerator only lasted 4 months and has stopped working.
