We had an issue with a washing machine at my Father in Laws. He called up this company. They just laughed at him and refused to even come out to look at it to see what the problem was. He is an elderly disabled Veteran. You should be ashamed at how you talked to him and spoke down to him while laughing.

That is completely unprofessional, no reason to be total jerks to a 70+ year old man who is disabled just trying to get someone to come out and fix an APPLIANCE. He is all about trying to help out the local small businesses. He was upset, my wife told him she was sorry that there are cruel people out there that laugh at others disadvantages and that it was unprofessional. So heads up, quite a few people will know how you treat the elderly and disabled people.

He ended up going through Sears, getting a plan and a company from Jasper or Jennings came out to do the work. My wife informed them of how you were to her father.

I dont know about other reviews for him, but twice he helped me over the phone to get my washers fixed.
Today He fixed my dryer that I HAD to bring to him. Good jib fair price.HE doesnt do housecall so don't try.Besides that he did well

My elderly father had a Samsung washing machine he bought from the local Lowe's that that isn't quite working right. The warranty had run out & no local Samsung repair person. So I asked around because my Dad was just going to go and contact Sears. He said okay and he called this company. They told him Samsung, no we won't even come out.

Seriously, you will not even make a trip out to look at it even though we were willing to PAY just to have it looked at?

So now he has called Sears, done a deal through them paying them so much a year to coverage so much on his appliances.

He had called a local company back in 2010 (not sure if it is this one) to come fix the flap for their refrigerator ice machine. The same thing even though we can and are willing to pay they don't deal with those appliances.

So now he has said he is done with dealing with local business to fix things. He said every time he calls, the people do not want to even come out & give an estimate or they don't deal with that company's product.

What companies do you refuse to even look at or work on?
