These people ripped off my 87 year old mother-in-law!! She had some unique and valuable furniture consigned with them and they only paid her a fraction of the 50% they owed her! They don't have their records there on premises supposedly so they can't show you the records. If I lived in the same state I would be down there reporting them for elder abuse!

The dining room table I got from here was a great deal and in excellent condition. Kathy was amazing at answering questions and help set up delivery to my home. The delivery went smooth and the table looks beautiful!

I absolutely love the mirrored table that I bought here will definitely go back for some more stuff this is really decent prices on high-quality stuff. I went to a few others and I was not happy about how they were trying to commit highway robbery. Kathy is so nice.

Just went there yesterday and I was overwhelmingly impressed with the quality and amount of high-end furniture that they have! Kathy is the owner and she is very friendly, positive, genuine and extremely helpful. They have nothing but five star, top notch furniture that is in fantastic shape and I didn't see anything in here that looked anything but brand new. This is the best furniture consignment store that I have ever been in, and I go to consignment stores and thrift stores on a regular basis. Kathy told me that before they take something for consignment, she actually goes to the person's residence and thoroughly examines the item that they want to give her for consignment. If the item isn't something that she feels her customers would appreciate and want to buy or isn't in excellent shape and 'like new', then she won't accept the item for consignment at her store. I highly recommend this place and I will continue to be a frequent customer, as Kathy says the items go quick and the selection is constantly changing. Thank you, Kathy for making my first visit to your beautiful consignment store a great one! See you again soon, Rick in Largo! 👍

Beware!! If you have furnishing on consignment at this establishment beware! I have just recently ended my relationship with A New Look, and not without many concerns. They readily accepted several pieces of my parents furnishings almost two years ago and I agreed to the arrangement of 50-50. Over the two years I received maybe 4 payments of around $100 each for a pristine mahogany bedroom set, 3 recliners (2 of them leather La-Z-Boys), some ornate lamps and other misc items all in excellent condition.
I never knew what an item sold for but each check was for exactly $100. I should have asked to see their bill of sale for my items sold. I did not because I believed them to be an honest outfit. After 3 or 4 months of not hearing anything I would check with the owners by phone or personally visit the store to check on the status of my consignment items. Never once did they have complete answer for me and always promised to get back to me, which to their credit they always did. And only then would I know if something was sold. Never did I ever receive a payment without first making an inquiry. Giving them the benefit of the doubt about their honesty: their recording keeping, accounting and payment systems are poor, at best. Because of this I don’t believe I was payed for all items that were sold.
I would never again put any items on consignment with this business. But If you do, keep good records, ask to see their bill of sale for your items sold and keep in close communication with the owners.

We have purchased numerous pieces from this 2nd hand furniture shop. The owner is very helpful and easy to work with. Her merchandise is very clean and in good working order at very reasonable prices.I have left my name describing my needed item and got a call with the exact piece. I highly recommend this business for quality well made furniture.

Consigned two pieces...we were moving and stopped by and our two pieces were gone. Inquired and was told they would have to check with the ‘bookkeeper’ . Was told later the items had sold (didn’t say how long ago) and a check for $50.00 would be mailed. Waited-no check. Was then told it was mailed (Sunday), waited-no check, then told it was mailed Monday-(no check). Called again and the husband was there-told by him the ‘bookkeeper’ was the owner lady my husband had been talking to.
We’ve been waiting a week-no check. My husband will go to the shop to pick up a check-he finally was able to collect at that time. No check ever came.
