Cannot rate high enough stars! The ease of adopting exceeded all my expectations. My husband and I were interested in adopting a cat. He's had cats before but I am not that familiar with cats. The wonderful woman we spoke to Cindy, was so informative and welcoming. The environment was so clean, and all the cats seem to be very healthy! I was impressed at how thorough the vet checks are and the lengths these people go through to truly make sure all the pets have the best shot at getting adopted. They include more shots and checks for sicknesses in both cats and dogs then I have ever seen at any shelter. We ended up not only adopting a cat, but we also ended up with the sweetest puppy too! I couldn't be happier and my family feels completely. I highly recommend adopting from this location, donating, and volunteering here.

Stopped in to donate some patio cushions
Friday at about 2:30 pm
There were 2 cars at the drop-off door on the side of the building, I moved to Hampton cove last summer and had donated several items over the move from last June.
I made the mistake of walking in with a bag with the cushions in the front door .most times, there has been a lady with silver hair at the checkout always happy with a smile
Today, an assistant stopped me after I had already walked in with 6 cushions and said you can't bring them it .I tried to let her know that there were 2 cars blocking the doors at the drop-off donation door
Then a nice lady met me and took the bag and said thanks with a beautiful smile.
I was looking for 2 picture frames for some pictures of my sister that passed away last month.
While I was in line to purchase my items, the lady was up there complaining to a lady and a customer in line that I just walked by her and went into the back.
Not true, the nice young girl took my items
I set in line and listened to her keep talking about me .
I decided to place my items down and walk out .this was my first day out in public after foot surgery last week due to an open diabete foot ulcers on each foot.
I truly was embarrassed of her complaining
After one lady made the comment next time, just ask him to leave ?
I am truly sorry for the inconvenience and surely didn't mean cause any issues and problems.

I would just like to say that me and my husband Jeff finch got a dog from new leash and she didn't work out great with are family, so they front desk lady was great when we went back to tell her that and traded the pup for a 9 week old kitten, the people that work with new leash are very nice and love what they do I will go back there again when I am ready for another kitty! They make sure you no everything about the pet you picked out!and even allow you to take a couple of toys home with you they are great people at Hampton cove location! Thank you guys so much for everything you do and helping me and my husband find are sweet baby girl

We got our new baby girl, Bethlehem, from here. She has been wonderful! We liked that they took the time to have her meet our other baby, Riley, to see how their personalities got on, and that they showed us multiple dogs so that we could make sure we made the right choice, and we sure did! We are totally in love with our new, wonderful girl, and I think that this place is great!

Thrift store is FANTASTIC. I stop by regularly because there's always new, unique finds and the prices are true thrift prices. The shop volunteers are friendly and like to share about what's in the store. I will be donating all of my stuff to them from now on because they really do want to sell the items to help animals and work hard to do so. Kinda didn't want to post this review because now I've shared my favorite thrifting spot! =)

My significant other and I just recently adopted a pup from this organization this past weekend. They aren’t set on only getting the dogs out of their kennels/foster homes, but also making sure the pups do well when they go to their new home. I will definitely adopt from this organization again!
