Not sure of the gentlemen's name but he came to our home in Golden Monday the 14th late morning because 2 of our flat top burners were not working. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 30-minutes. Excellent communication during the process. Could not be happier with this company.

just had my washer/dryer replaced. I didn't catch their names, but the two men who installed it were wonderful. they put everything back how it was, were kind and polite, and very quick/efficient. something I thought would be frustrating was absolutely painless. and they had to go up and down three flights of stairs. s/o to you guys, and thank you again!

For all those rental property owners that use this service, let me give you my experience with this company. My washing machine had experienced some technical issues 3 times now. I have to contact my property maintenance team to fix the issue each time. They use A&K appliance for their appliance repair needs. The first time my machine needed service there was a strange burning smell coming from it and it would not complete a cycle. I assumed the belt had burned up so I contacted my property’s maintenance crew to send out a technician. A&K appliance came and repaired the machine no problem. The same issue happened again, without the burning smell. The same technician came out and replaced the computer in the machine. The most recent issue was the same thing, the washing machines computer wouldn’t complete the cycle…so I contacted my property’s maintenance team again. They called A&K appliance to come and diagnose the problem, sent the same technician, and he told me he would report back to his part provider and I should have a new computer installed within 2 weeks. A month went by and I hadn’t heard anything from them until I called my property’s maintenance manager and he told me they lost the work order. So A&K appliance sent out the same technician to diagnose the same problem and order the same parts a 2nd time. Now you’re probably wondering…well if you had the machine repaired 3 times now and one of the times they actually lost the work order…why would you give them a 5 star rating. I’ll tell you. His name is Jesse. He’s the technician they sent out every time to fix the machine and he’s wonderful. I know he can’t control the fact that we’re probably working with a faulty appliance and I know he can’t control his management team to ensure they place the work order, but when he comes over and repairs the machine we always have a great conversation and he does his best to be compassionate and friendly. That’s all we really want in life is to feel like our concerns are validated. I don’t care that the machine is faulty, I don’t care that his management team lost the work order, I don’t care that I had to wait nearly 2 months to have a working washing machine. I care about Jesse. And I hope one day A&K appliance realize what they have when he comes and repairs machines. He’s the face of that company and a kind, caring, and professional face to have. I appreciate your hard work, my friend. Washing my clothes as I write this review. Thank you.

I had a great experience with A&K. They came out to look at my slowly dying fridge within two days, and we're willing to come by right away to replace it once my landlord approved the repair. The employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. They called me when they were 20 min away so I didn't have to take too much time off of work for the repairs. I would definitely recommend them! 🙂

Terrible. Just terrible. I can't believe this company is allowed to have this policy but we were supposed to have a washer and dryer set delivered. We are told that they are unable to give a 2 hour time window until the day of. Then day of, I received no communication from them until at 10 am when I called them. Whichever lady I was transferred to asked for my address, cut me off as I was saying it, and said "you're scheduled for 4-6pm" then immediately hung up the phone. Rude. Then they have the gall to no call no show our delivery. No communication from the company of if they were going to come late, or to set up a new time. An entire day wasted waiting for them for no communication whatsoever. Could not recommend enough avoiding this company. Hope I get my washer and dryer eventually.....
