Great service today. Darrell did a thorough job and offered a suggestion that we loved. We added a blower to our fireplace and he had one on the truck. Single visit service. Wasn’t pushy at all, we had thought about it and was thrilled he could just take care of it today. Thank you.

I had A Brighter Glow come out and take a look at our fireplace that was giving us issues.Roy explained how my fireplace worked and fixed all the issues we were having. I thought we are going to need to replace the fan but Roy explained how the fan worked and gave me peace of mind that our fan was in good working condition and the fan did not need to be replaced. I appreciate the hard work and honesty and our fireplace looks brand new now!

Roy was just out and cleaned all our fireplaces and added fans. He is meticulous. Super happy with the service, quality of work and fair pricing. Roy you are golden! Andrea in the office is super helpful and offered the best customer service.

Darrell was great, he cleaned the glass , rearranged our logs so they look nice and spray painted the back black. He did have to change a part. The ladies in the office were wonderful very helpful and even moved my appointment up by a few days. If I ever need service on our gas fire place I will be calling a Brighter Glow. TY

Our 20 year-old Mendota gas fireplace insert was in need of service and we needed to have the gas line checked for leaks. We had to wait a few weeks but it was worth it--Roy was a total professional, cleaning the fireplace, replacing a faulty switch and cleaning up the wiring while he was at it. He also went the extra mile in checking the gas line for leaks, even going into our crawl space to check everything out. Fortunately no leaks were detected and we are back in business. Thanks to Roy and A Brighter Glow for another great experience--we will be calling again the next time we need fireplace service!

Roy was fantastic! He was very professional, nice, and gave clear instructions for the fireplace in our rental townhouse. He disassembled the glass front, removed the logs, thoroughly cleaned, serviced, and lit the pilot.

We have waited way too long to get our fireplace fixed. Darrell showed up today and fixed it within an hour! The cost was extremely competitive compared to "the other place." What a nice guy and holy cow it is wonderful to sit in front of our working fireplace again!
