Needed some alpine boots. Was staying in Tahoe for the weekend. We soon found out the beautiful setting of the fresh winter snow brought with it the need for better footwear. Dave’s was most accommodating and the prices were more than fair especially considering they are a destination retailer. Will shop there again, no doubt! Highly recommend

I got 3 snowboards waxed here (2 hand wax and 1 jet machine wax). The hand waxes were the worst waxing jobs I’ve ever had. It didn’t even look like they bothered to scrape the wax off. When I picked up my boards, the staff said my park board was too banged up to scrape the wax off, which is annoying but doesn’t explain why he didn’t bother to scrape the wax off of my new split board. You can see how much wax there was still on the board because I could scrape it off with my nail.

Overall unfortunate since I had a good experience renting a demo board from them earlier in the season but this experience makes me reconsider using them in the future

Store manager & whole team are great!!! I was there last winter during February ski week, end of day. Not only did they keep chaos of 40 people returning gear all at once under control, they did it with humor & grace!! I'd recommend them to everyone! Thanks team!

Quick and easy process. Great selection. Convenient that we could pick up the night before. We could also drop off the morning after the last day if needed. Flexibility is much appreciated! Tons of fun skiing!

You need to stop and rent your it’s from here. The prices are reasonable and much better than the resort rentals.
