Was instantly asked if I needed help when I came into the store by a young employee named JOSE, he got me in and out, he was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I never leave reviews, I just hope Jose gets the recognition he deserves from management. Jose is the sole reason I'm leaving this review.

very poor customer service! My husband and I try to support small businesses instead of the big box stores. but a young man, “owner“ of the store was rude and accusatory when we try to return a defective item….making it like my husband just didn’t know what he was doing, who btw is well versed in the product. this owner could care less about keeping us as a customer. Homie‘s Depot here we come!

Overpriced products compared to other home improvement stores, they don’t have a stock of things I have needed in the past, rude cashiers and customer service, asking irrelevant questions to me. I have had better experiences at other ace hardwares compared to this one. Store operating hours are very limited too, they open late and close way too early. You get a better value going to Home Depot or Lowe’s. You have a better peace of mind with a 90 day return policy. This place is just 30 days. They also have a credit charge fee of any purchases under 5$, the other stores don’t .

I shop here only for random miscellaneous items they are way overpriced compared to their competitors and close too early... the employees give you an unwelcoming vibe and have a condescending attitude, I couldn't help but always feel like I'm being suspiciously watched and monitored on every aisle... being asked what I'm looking for by every employee in somewhat of a rude manner. Sucks you have to drive down 20 minutes to a normal home improvement store when you got one right by the house

Any place that sells tools or hardware will always be a favorite place as it is like a toy store for me! Ace Hardware aka Tampa hardware will always be better than the big because it is smaller and more of an intimate experience!
