My husband and I went in about an hour before closing and decided on a couch. Brenda was very helpful and super nice. We decided to pickup our furniture instead of delivery. Brenda and her husband stayed after hours while we ran and got a truck and helped us load our couch in the rain. They are very nice people and we really enjoyed our experience. ? The couch is exactly the one we wanted and we are very satisfied. We got it at a better price than the one we were looking at in Ashley’s.

After I purchased a mattress from Legacy , their customer service was at best poor . I wanted to cancel the metal frame at 99.00 . The bill.for everything was over 1100.00 . They said all sales were final to check their fine print . When I just wanted to buy something that was better they wouldn't budge . I can't believe you have to buy anything before you get it and can't be changed . They ended up being VERY rude . I hope no one buys anything from them . Good service until sale is over , then not so much . How many people love the fine print and its given to you after the sale and not explened to you . For that 99 .00 they will never see me again here .

I bought a couch here, seems like good quality. They charged me $150 to deliver the couch 2.3 miles away. However, my friend bought items to be delivered to Anderson for a $50 fee (no, it's not because they spent more). I'm happy with the couch, but not happy with the delivery fee. I can't help but feel taken advantage of.

I also found the same couch at another place in town for almost $400 less. They also wanted $500 for an ottoman I located at another local place for $299. Their pricing is absolutely ridiculous. I'd recommend shopping around and checking delivery fees before deciding to purchase here.

Please, do NOT purchase from this business. My family was treated awful, and I assume it was based solely on appearances. Not only did the employee make a mistake when submitting the order for the bedroom set they paid $5k for, but when they were sent home with the WRONG SET and tried to come back to get the correct one, they were denied. They were sent home with a bedroom set that was much cheaper, and a LOT smaller, than what they originally ordered and paid for. The associate told them there was nothing they could do to fix the mistake the business made..? When they asked to return the furniture since they were not willing to correct their own mistake to provide them with the proper merchandise, the employee became increasingly rude and refused to return the WRONG bed set THEY gave to my family, resulting in the situation escalating on both ends. Obviously the situation could’ve gone different but to not take responsibility is absolutely baffling. It’s quite literally a scam, I have a feeling the price range for the set they got is significantly lower than the one they ordered and paid for, and it’s quite obvious just from looking at it. The dresser alone they received had 2 drawers less and was more compact than from the set they ordered. DO NOT SHOP HERE, it’s one thing to have a bad day but to inevitable steal from a family is just sad.

Bought a sectional outright. Delivery is 190$ considering I lived not even a mile a way I offered 50$ for them to deliver they excepted my offer.. when they got to my residence they banged on my door no prior notice they were on the way... needless to say they where rude about delivering the couch because I didn't pay full price they basically just unloaded it in the middle of my street. It's called common courtesy to your customers. I was going to go back and buy a dresser but they basically lost a good customer because of the lack of common respect and courtesy

Update: I talked to Brenda and she was incredible nice to me and we worked through this ordering mess. It’s an incredibly frustrating time not just for customers but also for businesses. Although I wish I would have been notified more, I do appreciate Brenda taking the time to find out more information on my order.

I ordered a couch in the month of May and two months later I have received no customer service, update or apology for the delay. While I understand the circumstances of the pandemic I don’t feel that it was right to NOT update me on my order or try to contact me to let me know they value me as a customer. I asked for a refund and felt completely dismissed.

I bought a sofa, love seat, chair, two queen mattresses, as well as a coffee table and end tables. The sofas were supposed to be delivered on a certain day. I had to call on the day and remind them to deliver. They tried to refuse, then went ahead and delivered when I insisted. The coffee and end tables were "on back order" for an indeterminate amount of time. No one bothered to tell me that and when I requested a refund they said all sales were final. Brenda, was less than friendly, did not apologize once for any inconvenience, and now has lost the sale of the two bedroom sets I was going to come back and purchase once inventory came in! It's too bad when businesses don't consider customer service in sales. I still have two bedrooms to furnish, a guest room, and a kitchen. They had all my business until this happened! Thanks for your understanding Brenda!

DO NOT do business here. I bought a sofa and love seat that I really liked. Within a week, I noticed a seam had popped open. Several attempts over a two month period have not resolved the issue. Now, they simply don't respond at all. I highly recommend buying your furniture elsewhere.

I have updated my review to three stars now that the loveseat has been repaired. Customer service is all that sets businesses apart, and Legacy will do well to work at improving theirs.
