A few months ago in 2024 i had brought my 2001 Dodge durango r/t to get some subs hooked up. I already had all the wiring and subs in place to get installed. Me, a young guy excited to get my 12 inch rockford subs and jl amp duo hooked up, had one tiny issue: there was already an existing remote control wire in my wiring harness for my kenwood deck, me and my stepdad, who owned the car and sound system before me tried our luck at getting it hooked up. but we decided not to cus we didnt know where the existing rc wire went to. So i took it down to stereo king to get an estimate on how much and how long it'd take to hook up said wiring. I explained the situation and showed them the setup. Instead of charging me $100 dollars, they just spliced the rc wire to the other one and called it a day, they said they weren't gonna charge me a dime for something so simple. They even went above and beyond to show me how to tune my amp. Thank you, andy and Matt, for being awesome enough to do that for me. Still gotta repay you guys somehow. I give you guys a 10/10 and I'd HIGHLY recommend anyone to these guys for all their cars' sound system needs.

We drove over to the Salem shop from the coast after I talked with Matt on the phone. Met with Matt and he was awesome about explaining different amp/sub setups for our Bronco. Then put together what I consider an amazing deal on our package. Because we drove 4hrs they were able to squeeze us in for a same day install which is pretty unheard of. System absolutely bumps! Clean install with top notch service and equipment. 10/10 I would highly recommend and will be back. Thanks Matt! You rock!

Years ago, I brought them a ham radio for my Jeep, and they nailed the install. A couple years ago, we had them install dark window tinting on our Nissan. Two years later, it still looks new, beautiful, no bubbles or warping. It's perfect. Everyone there is friendly, really knowledgeable, and fun.

Fast-forward to now! Kevin put together two new sound packages for us (for both cars!), with Android Auto touch-screen, etc. This is tried-and-true, old-school customer service. We never once felt rushed. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and he asked plenty of his own to make sure we were getting the right system for each car. Little differences between the two set-ups account for differences in the vehicles. I love that level of detail. Kevin's knowledge and communication is top-notch.

As always, I'm quite happy with Stereo King. It's why we keep coming back.
