I have used this local pet store for over 20 years and I can always depend that they will have the items that I need for the dogs I have had in my life! The other day I was in a rush and went to one of those supermarket, pet supply stores And sure enough, they did not have what I needed! Today I ran over to pet supplies plus in Lake Park and sure enough they had what my dog needed and at a better price! The cashier even used an in-store coupon for an additional 15% off because I was unable to log into my account! We all need to continue to support our local businesses that place our Pets (& its customers) first like Pet Supplies Plus🤗

My husband just finished waiting almost 2 hours for the self service grooming area. When he arrived they told him the store's groomer was using the area and would be done shortly.
He waited basically 2 hours before I called the store myself, and they explained that the groomer was grooming a poodle and that it would be another 30 minutes to 1 hour. If the groomer is using the self service area that day, I don't understand why they wouldn't just tell him to come another day, that a groomer was using the area instead of making him wait and wasting his time. Extremely inconsiderate that they would expect him to wait practically 3 hours for a self-service that is limited to paying customers for only 30 minutes, which they regulate very heavily with regular paying customers. At this point, have an appointment system and stop wasting people's time. I bought the package of 5 washes at a bulk price, and having major regrets knowing this is the only pet supplies plus in the area.

This place is so much more than a pet supplies store! The staff especially Karen, Gene and staff are like family to us n our Samy and Isabella rotty furbabies LOVE LOVE,LOVE to come here to enjoy the love n affection they get by all. We have been shopping here because of them for 12yrs or more! The store is always impeccable, clean and well stocked for everything you need for any pet.
