We enjoyed our experience at the store and felt that we bought a good product. It was not cheap all together with installation and delivery we spent roughly $3,000.00. When the installer came out to put the vanity into place he noticed that the back splash that came with the vanity was cut to the wrong size. The installer was not able to install the back splash. He had already charged me 450 dollars to install the vanity and now was going to have to charge me a additional 100 dollars to come back out to install the back splash. When I called the store they asked me to bring the back splash back to the store even though I had already paid for delivery. I told them that would prefer to have it delivered since I already paid for the service and they said it would be another week before it could be delivered. I asked about the additional costs to install the back splash that was not my fault and they said they would not be able to do anything to compensate me for their mistake. When I spend this amount of money on a product I expect better customer service. I give them a 6 stars for the product and 2 stars for customer service.

We have a vanity that came with a built in sink, unfortunately having a 10 yr old helper with cleaning the bathroom our sink got cracked from a dropped soap dispenser (why couldn't it be the
$6 soap dispenser!!). Of course our sink size didn't exist anywhere, even after buying three sinks from the big box stores "thinking" we could get them to fit......sadly they didn't. However doing some searching I found Royal Bath had the exact size we needed. I placed an order online & I didn't realize I placed the order for pickup. I'm in Utah!!! So a cross country road trip for a sink didn't really sound like a solid plan. I called to see if someone could help me get it shipped. Chris not only confirmed they could ship it but that baby showed up three days later!! We got the sink in & it's a Cinderella fit (just perfect!). Thank you so much for having what we needed & making it quick & easy. I sincerely appreciate the help!!

I purchased a large rainfall shower head from here over five years ago. I had no receipt, but went in to talk about my options, not expecting they were responsible for the problem or really expecting much compensation. I spoke with Sam, who looked up my purchase. Before I knew it, he had gone in back and came out with the replacement, sent me home with it and told me to return old one when I changed it out and had time to drop it off. When I did that I noticed the 18” chrome drop was corroded around the threads. Sam replaced that as well free of charge and without any hassle. His company went above and beyond what I could ever have imagined. A first class company to say the least. Won’t be going anywhere else to purchase anything.

I bought a vanity there two years ago - have cracked sink and trouble with adhesive in a black line on the front that won’t come off. Hoping they’ll help us get the sink replaced!
