We had a great experience using Bruce for a new home theater! He is very responsive, cost conscious, and looked out for our best interests. Even when we faced delays that were out of his control, Bruce thought up a solution in time so we could watch a critical football game at the end of the college football season. We also have to mention Bruce had some help from Ed, who was also awesome!

Bruce came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint! He listened to what i wanted and went over and above to provide an entertainment system that exceeded my expectations! His suggestions were logical and well-reasoned. He made the system even easier to use! Even my family members can use the new system with ease!
