Eddie was great. My headliner fell down on a Wednesday and I was starting a new job on Monday. The last thing I want to do was roll up to work with a beat up car...or spend money having to fix my car and maybe have to rent a vehicle for a few days. I called around and was shocked by the cost. Regardless of the price was the turn around time. Next were the Google reviews. The businesses that said they could do it didn't really have evidence to go on. Eddie did have the experience, knowledge and was able to have my car ready for pick up Saturday afternoon. I love my car and I've accepted the fact a little TLC is worth the time and effort vs buying a new car. Eddie gave me fair price, did quality work and my car was ready as promised. That made me grateful and realized the true value of my car. The true value of customer service and professionalism from a businessman like Eddie. My advice is: look for a craftsman with the skill set needed for your needs. Then read up on the task you wish to have done. You'll never be disappointed.

Eddie does an excellent job. If you do one headliner and sunroof shade in your life use Eddie. He is friendly and left my BMW X5 spotless. There is not one wrinkle in my roof it looks factory new !!!!! Eddie was also completed the job when he said it would be done. This is a great shop to bring your car !!!!!

Very disappointed....no one else returned my calls or texts so decided to go with this guy. Brought in my BMW to get a small job done. long story short when I got home my back seat was all scratched. Blame myself for not checking before I rushed out. After waiting for an hour and a half I just wanted to get going. Make sure you check your interior before you leave. Buckles on footwear is what I blame. Did job well but should of protected interior better and not walk away and leave his employees un supervised.

I need to edit the above review...Eddie called me up and said the interior was like that before he worked on it. I obtained pictures from the person that I bought the vehicle from and they were detailed showing the scratches. I apologize to Eddie and his staff for a hasty bad review they didn't deserve. They did a great job...and would go back .....if he let's me..😎

Eddie is a very fair man that treats people right and does great work.
He has worked on my 2000 Mercedes SL500 roof several times, for anyone that knows about these cars they are notorious for the hydraulics going bad that control the convertible roof and can get extremely expensive.
I would say to the customer that gave Eddie a negative review over trying to get a quote from Eddie is that it was probably because Eddie is in demand because of his workmanship and fair pricing..

In 2017 I paid cash to EDDY , the owner to put a $2600 brand new convertible top on my car. The back window fell out recently and our receipt we hope is in NY, but due to Covid we could not get too. Eddy claims he can not find it and wants to charge us another $2600 when in fact the warranty from the company would cover it IF EDDY could find the receipt. Evidently he has no computer system to track the receipt by name and I do not believe took the time to locate it. I am disgusted with him and since this happened so many people have said he is not a reputable business man. I am going to write to Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General to look into this. I am also going to look into small claims court because I am sick and tired of being treated like this.
