Chris and the team at Custom Canvas did an amazing job. We needed all 26 cushions redone for our center console and our boat looks brand new. He was super patient with the design process and picking out the best materials. All of our friends comment on how nice our cushions look now. We are very happy with our choice to work with Custom Canvas. I would highly recommend them.

I would not recommend this company, now i see the other bad reviews and it is very similar to my terrible experience.

They offered me two options for my t top enclosure, i took the least invasive one which was velcro. They came measure and brought a bad product several times, the last time when it was finally installed for the first time i was not home to accept the final product, so as soon as i get back to the boat i see the very sloppy job provided by this company.

I tried talking to a lady on the phone about coming and at least see in person the problems i have with it and the answer is that i tampered,

I sheared the pictures taken by their own installer as proof of my complaint and concern and they still denied a meeting to go over final product.

As a customer i should at least deserve a final product walk through so we both agree.

Desing is horrible but the main problem is the fact that several velcro areas do not even close base on the diameter of the pipe and they don’t want to came back and review it.

They said they cam back to my property to fix it many times and they came 3 times where they could not even installed based on poor fabrication. Obviously i’m not responsible for their production.

The. There is an small cut in the isinglass and they tell me to cut it with it my self ( i have it on text).

Then i said the product is not complete and they said i have 48 hours to pay or will be sent to collections.

So bottom line is i just want someone to do a final walkthrough to talk about what is not working properly and got denied and have it written, but i must pay in full ( which i did) cause to me is not more a money problem it is a company integrity, a customer right.

Our new boat cover was a Fiasco!! After numerous fittings for the last 10 weeks we are more than disappointed. It is such a messy job, just look at the pictures. We have a total hodgepodge of a top!! I can’t believe a company would deliver this as a final product.

In all fairness, they wanted our boat off the lift to do the fitting however, we did not have a trailer, and many people get their covers measured on their lift, as our last one was, so we told them to proceed. Why they didn't take our old cover to use as a template, I don’t know. If they couldn’t do it on the lift they should have refused. Bottom line- the cover didn’t fit, they added more fabric, with seams everywhere. We paid to put the boat on a rented trailer to give them a chance to fix it. It just got worse with more patching. We can barely get in on because it’s so tight, and the snaps are impossible to manage! Now we are going to have to pay to get it altered or redone.

Our last conversation with the owner, he was screaming loudly, that he has wasted enough time and money on our top, and the next time we will talk, will be in court! This is not a professional way to act, and I would not suggest using them to anyone!! I would have appreciated some better communication. Even an option for us to pay for more fabric needed, and them cover labor to patch it properly. A professional company would work with the client to make it right.

Chris and his crew are great and very accommodating. This is my second project using Custom Canvas, yet now in their new location. Allison was very helpful and assisted me through my custom project with ease. Highly recommend and will use them for all my custom needs.

Wish I had read the reviews before conducting business with them. We had a cover made for a 28 foot boat that took an extra 2 months to make and the workmanship is terrible. Fraying on all the straps, the stitching is inferior and their customer service is just rude.

I received quotes from 3 different companies. One company was a joke. Custom Canvas's price was a little bit more than the other company. Looking back on my finished product, it was worth it. Chris and his team were professional and communicatd with me throughout the process. I had a great experience and will definitely call them again if needed.

26' Mastercraft with tons of cushions that were sagging. New cushions came out better than great - exceeded my expectations and I'm tough to please, especially when it comes to my boats! Carlos provided excellent customer service and Ron did an excellent install job. Overall Chris has earned a lifelong customer!
