Puse a trabajar la lavadora que compramos y no trabajó, hablé con ellos, ya no quería otra quería mi dinero para atrás y no me lo quisieron regresar, se quedaron con 140 dólares por nada, y cuando el muchacho fue por ella nos mojó todo el piso de madera. Cómo pueden hacer esto con su propia raza.😞😞

Bought a double door fridge from here years ago. WORST I EVER HAD! NOTHING BUT TROUBLE starting 1st week. It was under warranty which they stood behind and sent someone to fix. Worked okay for another few weeks and problems again and they came back for another repair. Work again for a while then more problems but it wasn't under warranty so just made due. It never worked right to this day and I forgot what it was like to have ice cream until i bought a deep freezer from Home Depot. Problem after problem. They buy these things as junk and repair them to sell so it's my fault for even going there to begin with but won't do it again.
*Called them out again end of April 2022 because fridge nor freezer getting cold. They told me I needed a CONTROL PANEL for $375. to fix the problem but I went online to GEAPPLIANCE.COM to research myself which lead me to appliancepartpros.com where you can enter model # and get all information about parts as well as fix yourself video assistance.
It turned out I DID NOT NEED A CONTROL PANEL but an $82. DEFROST HEATING ELEMENT and a $20 THERMOSTAT which i ordered and received 48hrs later then installed both parts myself in less than hour as they both only have 2 wires to plug in, cleaned dust and dirt off my compressor below and it now works better than the day Lara's delivered it. Parts were so small they came in an envelope.
They were really trying to get me for extra $300. Now I know I will never be using this business again.

I called for a price on a used top freezer refrigerator and they had the Audacity to quote me a price higher than a new fridge for a used one. I don’t know if they realize they ran off a potential customer before I walked through the door. I won’t dare recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I bought a washer and dryer from this place less than a year ago. When we bought them we were reassured that if we had any problems we should contact them. It even came with a warranty. Two weeks ago the washer stopped working I have been calling the business since and no answer from them. It goes to voicemail and the voicemail box is always full. We went in person today and the owner was completely different towards us. Unwilling to year what was wrong with the machine or provide and customer service. WORST BUY EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE HE IS JUST TRYING TO STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I bought a refrigerator from here and it works great BUT it was full of roaches!! Over time they continued to come out of the vent of the fridge, this is gross and why would you not do what is needed to prevent this from happening! I am so pissed about this. This lead to us spending more money for an exterminator!!! Never will I go there again or recommend anyone to go

Purchased a LG 3 drawer refrigerator on 7/23/2019 with a three month warranty.
After 1 months refrigerator stopped keeping food cold.
Everything in my refrigerator spoiled.
Came out to service refrigerator saying it needed freon.
Two weeks later refrigerator still was not functioning properly.
Now i wanted to exchange refrigerator with another of course they didn't have nothing to replace it with.
Came out again to work on it and he doesn't know what he did to it seemed like it was getting colder.
Now after 7 months it went completely out.
All my food spoil again.
Today after during some research there is a recall on all LG 3 drawer refrigerator.
Now they are selling recall refrigerator to customers.
