Response time is amazing. They service appliances of all makes and models. I’ve been using them for over 12 years and would never think to call anyone else. From the people in the office to the service technicians, they are all top notch. I usually get Greg as my technician and I trust him with any advice he gives me. One of the very few businesses I’ve dealt with in Panama City Beach that I can say this about!

These guys are GREAT! They are fast, honest and know what they are doing! They don't charge you for something unless they actually do something! I have had them work on my wahser and dishwasher. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

I highly recommend Davis appliances in PCB. I have used them several times and this last time Greg came out on a Friday afternoon, and looked at my refrigerator and he was very candid that it may have a Freon leak and it would probably not be cost prohibitive to pay to have the leak found and repaired. He said, let it sit over the weekend and if the water in the freezer is not frozen it probably is not worth repairing. He called me on Tuesday morning to check on it. And...our luck, the Refrigerator was warm. So, we are buying a new refrigerator. Great service and advice!!

I have worked with Davis at several properties and am always pleased. Both Greg and Billy are knowledgeable, prompt and very easy to reach.
Even with complex and not easily fixed issues, they have proven to always be reliable, determined, and reasonably priced! If it can be fixed, they fix it; if fixing something isn't a smart option, they explain why, and recommend solutions.
A smaller, family owned company that still cares.
