Overall experience was okay at best. Their prices and selections are just fine/normal. Our salesman was unfortunately uninformed about a dishwasher we bought, stating features that should be available in all of the series we purchased that were not in the one we received. They do not keep stock on site, so we did have to order our dishwasher. Of the original estimate of 5 days for them to receive it, it really took about 2 weeks to get. I understand that might not be wholly on them, but it's a risk you run if you buy from them. Our delivery/installation guys were very nice and professional acting, but did leave the unit in a paused/half run state after testing it that caused us some confusion about the capability of the unit's drying abilities (completing the run left water in the basin). They also did leave some brochures inside of said unit (which were there during/after their test run) that caused a bit of a plastic smell in the kitchen for a while. I did email the store asking about the draining issue and mentioned the discrepancies in features in the delivered unit from what we were sold, I also followed up and re-iterated the discrepancies once I realized the unit was draining properly (just so nobody thought there was still an active draining issue). Neither email was responded to.

Went in to Capritta based on reviews and wanted to deal with a locally owned store. Bill was great and walked us through several options for new appliances. Got the ones we wanted and couldn't be happier. Shane and Billy delivered and hooked up the new appliances and hauled away the old ones. They were courteous and explained how the new appliances work. Why go to big box stores when you can pay the same amount for MUCH better service? The delivery and installation are handled by employees of Capritta, not sub-contracts like everywhere else. You will not be disappointed!

5 stars is too few. So microwave died Monday night went in to capritta to get a new one ..so many choices but simple me just needed a microwave for dummies lol. Was told delivery and install next day. Got a window of 9-10am closer to 930. WELL within that time frame I got not 1 but 2 calls 1 from the installers and 1 from the office advising they were on their way. Chris and Nitro arrived they are extremely personable and knowledgeable and had me up and running in no time they installed and made sure everything was working as it should and cleaned up their work area. They both asked not once but twice if I had a broom to sweep up the few packing styrofoam bits up but I said I would get as I had to sweep and vacuum anyways For any future appliances I will go back to capritta for their great service and reasonable prices and will Ask for Chris and Nitro to install. 5 stars doesn’t cover it. From walking in to the showroom to Chris and Nitro leaving it a very pleasant experience. I HIGHLY recommend both the store and their employees Chris and Nitro
