The manager won't assist you if you have any flaws on your purchase, they will tell you that "this is how the product is made". You pay expensive for no assistance. I bought a purse in Mykonos with such a caring seller, Niels Meulenhat, he was very concerned about the detailing on my purse, as this bag logo is easily scratched... so we found the perfect golden logo ❤️ but when I arrived back on my hotel I saw some flaws we didn't see at the time on the leather finishings from inside the bag. As I checked the bag was available on this Gardens Mall location, I waited return home to exchange the bag here. The manager on this store was rude and keep repeating that this is how the bag is made... badly made than for an absurdly price if that is their quality control. I pirchase expensive products because I believe in their assistance if something is not perfect... as I see with people on this store, they don't care about finishing and quality and gucci should be aware of that!! She gave me the option to send the purse for expecting and didn't give me a guarantee that it would be fixed, seeming to be very annoyed with my complain, as I was being too picky or something!!!! To me that is so unpolite and non tolerable comming from a brand that claims perfection quality and CHARGES FOR THAT! I grebed my bag and leaved cause those the others they had there were worst than mine. All logo scratched.. they didn't care how to pack the straps away from the bags so they were all scratched before anyone even weraed... couldn't be more disappointed leaving this store. I'm not returning.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Worst customer experience I've ever had in my entire life. The manager was extremely rude because I wanted to exchange a purse I got as a gift for an even more expensive one. She started to scream and treated me UNBELIEVABLE BAD. To the point she stormed out, throwing things on the floor; EVERYONE: customers and employees, were looking at her doing a COMPLETE SHOW. I've been to the Worth Ave store and have had more than a great experience; please go to that store instead of palm beach gardens.
And Gucci should rethink what kind of employees they hire because they are representing their brand.

The service as always was great. Unfortunately they didn’t have on the area my hat size. I have to wait couple of days to get it but I’m fine with that.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Stephanie is always so welcoming and so are the rest of the staff whenever I go and visit! Even if it’s just to take a look around, everyone is so nice.

First time in this store it just opened up in the gardens mall. They say experience is everything especially when you are purchasing high ticket items. I have to say the guy helping me Christopher was on it. He helped me though the whole process. Even some of his staff helped me too so I can’t speak for the whole team. They were truly gave me their attention. But it was overshadowed by the lady manager wish I knew her name.. she was rude and overbearing. She couldn’t make eye contact, say hello, or even acknowledge me when I needed help. Instead she made me feel like it was a bother to have her help me. I couldn’t speak freely she just looked mad and bothered at me when I need help. I made my two purchases and went on with my day but I have to say that she made me feel unwelcome, bothered and put a huge damper on my experience. Disappointed and probably will have to drive south to the other Gucci’s stores to feel welcomed. On the other hand Tiffany at the mall made me feel like I belong and apart of their family. There customer service never fails no matter how big or small the purchase is. I’m disappointed I was excited an looking forward to shopping here but I want to shop somewhere where I feel happy & accepted in the store.

I will NEVER shop at this store ever again!!!. Went here recently to purchase a sandals,and ended up changing my mind after the transaction was already completed & decided to go with something else. Mind you,what I opt for was like $300 more than my original choice. The male SA that did the transaction made a very rude comment about hoping I won’t change my mind again,as if I was bothering him and to which I replied “i might,who knows what else I’ll see that I might like”. I get embarrassed easily,so I walked away and went to the other side of the store because his tone of voice,made me feel as if he was scolding a child.

I didn’t realize until I got home a few days later that he hadn’t wrapped my box as he did for another woman who was there whom he referred too as “his favorite”. He just put the box in a bag,and handed it to my husband which made me a bit surprised at how fast it was done. I wish I had seen it,as I would’ve brought it back & get a refund.

Mind you,after the first purchase he took the item to the back & was wrapping it up. So why wasn’t it done for my exchange of item as well!!. Boca Raton & Adventura would NEVER!!!.

I went in the store to buy a belt. They didn’t have my size or the color I wanted so the lady who was helping me said she would order it. She texted me a few days later stating the belt had came into the store and I could pick it up. I get to the store, pick up the belt and get home to see the belt is the wrong color. I text my sales lady and say the belt is the wrong color and not what I ordered. She apologizes and says she has the color and size in the store and I could come swap it the next day. I go in the next day to switch the belts and I was told “I’m sorry we don’t have that belt in stock in your size” so I would need to order it AGAIN. Meanwhile, the sales lady has an attitude the entire time. This is awful customer service and really terrible for the brand of Gucci. You should experience high level customer service and an experience every-time you step foot in the store. This was completely unacceptable for how much I’m paying for my product and I still have yet to receive it.
