Double-layered lace train, delicate detail, heavy fabric, beads on all areas, and fine mesh did not stop Jacqueline and her team from making my wedding dress PERFECT. I bought my dress in Arizona 4 months before my wedding. The dress i bought was discontinued so if it didn’t work, i wouldn’t have been able to get that dress again.
So, i had no knowledge of any wedding dress alterations in florida. But im so happy i found In & Out alterations solely based on their google reviews. Jacqueline has 17 years of experience so I trusted her expertise. I had around 4 fittings in the span of 3 months to ensure each part of the dress was altered correctly. As you can see in the pictures, nothing was damaged or off. Throughout the entire process, her team listened to me and explained everything they did. When the bussel was finished, they helped me make a video for how to attach/detach the bussel. When my mom visited, she was so thankful that I had found Jacqueline at In & Out alterations. She trusted her daughter was in good hands across the country.
On top of this, i had to come in 2 weeks before my wedding for another dress i thought fit. When i came in, Jacqueline assured me my alterations for the second dress would be done in a week. When I tried on the second dress a week later, it was perfect too!
They had very reasonable prices. All my alterations (which was hard due to the details of my dress) were less than $700.
So if you are unfamiliar with south florida, don’t know anything about alterations, and need your once-in-a-lifetime dress altered without damage, COME TO IN & OUT ALTERATIONS!!!!

Attention Brides!! Do not take your precious wedding gowns to Jaqueline and her team. They totally messed up my seams at the bottom of my $5000 dress leaving frays and sloppy work. She also dismissed my request to hang my dress up with supporting straps. Instead she hung up by the beaded straps which stretched out my wedding dress. Given she had 8 weeks for this job I thought the dress would be fine with the exception of the bustle but it was hardly worked on. In expressing my concerns to the owner about the quality of work she blamed everything on me and not once asked how to solve these issues. She does not prioritize her customers and charged me the full amount ($380) even though they did not finish the job. Such as scam stay away and I listed some pictures of my jumpsuit she “fixed” in which the seams are obviously different . STAY AWAY

What an exceptional business! I’ve been coming to In and Out Alterations for over a year for all my alteration needs, and Jacqueline and her team never disappoint.

After trying another establishment in the area that did less than a stellar job, and provided nothing approaching customer service In and Out Alterations was a breath of fresh air with it’s optimal location, clean facility, and super friendly people.

The attention to detail is exceptional, and being able to have any follow-up adjustments made at no added cost guarantees you’ll get a fit that looks and feels great every time 🙂

It's so sad. They did good on the alterations, but returned the dress stained. It was literally brand new with the tags on it and there was a mark on the white top of the dress. At first they tried to get it out but said because the fabric is delicate they couldn't really do anything. Granted a lot of it came out, but there was NOTHING on the dress- it came from the store to the alterations then to be told oh, we'll we don't use pen ( appeared to be ink- like) then to be told we don't know what caused it is UNACCEPTABLE. I paid the cost of alterations and left. NEVER AGAIN. Again, the alterations themselves were fine but if you cannot return garments to someone after you do the alterations without staining, then there is a problem. Never again

In & out alterations has exceeded my expectations. I have been using them for over a year and they are on point. Jacqueline and her team here are wonderful, fast, and so helpful! I came for wedding dress alterations-very last minute because my other tailor couldn’t finish the job-and they gave great tips, finishing it in less than one week to make it wedding day-ready.
