So called manager “Tyrell” was very rude and made the process of picking up my order difficult. Told me to call customer service, which took forever to reach! Just to change the name on an order for pick up! First time purchasing at location, horrible experience.

Great store.Was in the store a couple days ago. Employee Julian was very helpful and even sold me some great shoe cleaner. I’ll definitely be coming back. I wish the store manager was a bit nicer. tyrell is a bad guy

Purchased 3 shoes online on 3/18/23. On 4/20/23 one of the Nike’s started falling apart. I called Finish Line, they said to go to the store and have a manager inspect them with my receipt. They offer a 1yr at warranty. Went to the store, Bryan came out I explained everything above. He told me without a box nothing could be done. I told him they didn’t say anything about the box. He spent a whole 30 seconds with me. If you purchase an item and is defective within 30days any store always accepts the return. I will never shop with Finish Line again.

Tyrell should not be employed here as a manager . He has no people skills, no empathy , can’t even slightly apologize about a huge problem caused from the store , can’t crack a small smile, makes the customer feel like a burden and could careless about the customer or their shoe experience. Worst customer service and situation I’ve ever experienced anywhere. I would suggest finding a new manager to run this location. Be careful shopping at this store. I would never come back to this location.

In Jensen beach mall. New store. Visit the store today, and as we shopped and looked around, nobody said anything to us, and as we got ready to leave, there was four employees standing at the door as if we were stealing. Me and my kids was like why did they assume. After walking out, one of the cashiers said have a good day. Watching our hands. I teach my kids it’s okay to window shop and leave without getting something. I am glad they were with me it could’ve been worse.

visited JD a few days ago. The employees were great and I was greeted and asked if i needed anything. as i was checking out i overheard someone on the management team, tyrell, speaking to his employees. the way this man spoke to his employees had me STUNNED. so beyond rude and condescending the whole time. he was speaking to a young man. this is probably his first job and the way he is being spoken too by tyrell is giving him a horrible idea of what the work field is like. this is disgraceful. to the employees of JD who have been disrespected by tyrell, understand that this is NOT normal and that you should NOT be taking disrespect from anyone even if they are your higher up. JD, do better with picking who to have on your management team.

We went to the Finish Line store in the Treasure Coast Mall and had a great experience. Stan was working and he showed us the different options of shoes that we were interested in. He was super knowledgeable and very helpful in trying to figure out what shoes would be best for me. Good shoes can be expensive and I love it when you go to a store and find someone that knows a lot about what they have and can help you decide which shoes would be best for you...Bravo Stan!!!
