Gina is absolutely amazing—her customer service is top-notch! She’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions. I spent over $80 on kratom the other night, at the Jensen Beach Glass Chamber store.
When I opened the sealed bag the next morning, to take my morning dose, it did nothing for my spinal nerve pain. The product was worthless.
I've always purchased the same brand from a reputable kratom vendor, where I live in Texas.
I never realized that kratom will lose it's potency if it's been sitting on a shelf, exposed to light for a length of time.There was a scan code on the back that took me to a PDF file with the batch information. I called the number & found out the package was 2 yrs old & was told that if it had been on a shelf exposed to light, that that was the reason it had lost it's potency.
I called the store to let them know what I'd found out & asked the lady if I could come in & exchange it for an updated strain that hadn't been sitting on the shelf since 2023.
She told me she couldn't exchange it or give me a refund because I'd already opened the bag.
She actually said, "Why don't you just take a higher dose & see if that works?" 😧😬
She obviously is not educated about kratom. If she was, she would know that people can overdosed on a high doses of kratom.
She also said I could come in & purchase a different kratom product if I wanted. She must have been high thinking I'd come in & waste more of my hard earned money on more worthless kratom.
I have never purchased kratom from a vendor who didn't offer a refund or exchange, if I was dissatisfied with their kratom.
Every online kratom vendor I've ever dealt with has a money back satisfaction guarantee.
I chose Glass Chamber because when I googled "best kratom vendor in my area", while visiting Jensen Beach, Glass Chamber had the most stars.
I suffer from chronic pain due to spondylolisthesis & scoliosis. I've been taking kratom, holistically for a couple years.
It helps my pain so well that I no longer need nerve blocks & have been able to put off spinal fusion surgery. It's even helped people in my Facebook spondylolisthesis support group, get off opiates. It's non-addictive, if used properly in small doses.
⚠️PLEASE, if you use kratom for holistic reasons, DO NOT BUY YOUR KRATOM AT THIS STORE! YOU'LL WASTE YOUR MONEY & THEY WON'T CARE!
Go elsewhere! Find a store that has more than 3 or 4 Kratom products for sale. Go online if you have to, but don't go to Glass Chamber in JB!
I have $80 of evidence that Glass Chamber sells worthless kratom & they don't care at all about customer satisfaction.
I don't recommend Glass Chamber to anyone & will never spend my money there, ever again.

I did end up purchasing some quality kratom at a local small business in Jensen Beach.
It's called Panama Kristie's.
I highly recommend her store for anyone looking for a great kratom vendor in the area.
She's very knowledgeable about kratom strains. She even recommended a couple strains I'd never tried, that she said would give me energy, along with pain relief.
She said if I wasn't satisfied with my kratom purchase, I could exchange it for another strain or get my money back.
When I told about the experience I had with your store, how your employee told me to take a higher dose to see if it would work, she was as repulsed as I was.
As the owner of the store, you need to take responsibility of educating your employees about kratom, or better yet, just stop selling it.
You make customers sign a piece of paper to buy it, why? So you can't be sued if someone overdoses on a product bought at your store?
You obviously don't care about your customers & it shows, in your patronizing comment.
