Rude front desk staff , a lot of attitude like they own place and claim to be the final say, not supposed to judge someone then treat them as they feel . Bought a tremendous amount of construction materials there but only when don’t have to deal with mother daughter duo up front

Frequently shop here for household items and building supplies mainly. They generally have a good selection of items for the size of store at mostly reasonable prices. The staff is always willing to answer questions if they can, and they are very helpful when needed. Really appreciate having this store nearby. Great deals here many times.

Clean some furniture a little pricey but I'm happy to donate to this non profit organization. The cashiers and workers for donation and pick up are always friendly and helpful. They don't take American Express unfortunately and I usually try to shop at businesses that take this CC.

I was just in the store. The sign on the door said open. I walked in right past workers grabbed a cart. Looked at something. Asked the price, got an answer and then the next thing I know some worker came out of nowhere yelling were closed, were closed, you need to get out, were closed. You can come back Tuesday.
For one, someone should have said something to me the minute I walked in the store, not waited for me to start shopping. For another that was very disrespectful the way I was yelled at and made to leave. I work in retail, you don't kick people out that are already in the store. That was very rude. If she would have even told me nicely then that would have been different. But she was yelling.
And for another, if you are closed then hang a closed sign up!
I have never in my 47 years been so disrespected as I was today. The yelling was uncalled for. And there is a right way to tell a customer to leave than to tell them to get out.
I will not be back ever again. I will take my business and money elsewhere.

Normally, the people in the donation lane are friendly and helpful, but today was an exception, which is why I only gave 3 stars. Donating was easy enough, although there was a truck and car in front of me. The wind blew a napkin blew out of my car onto the parking lot. I retrieved it and gave it to the person who took my donation after I asked if there was a trash can in which I could put it. Right after giving it to him, a female staff member rudely demanded that I move my car because the person in front of me needed to go to work, which is fine; however, she could have been polite. The bottom line is that this Restore needs to train its newer workers to appropriately interact with customers and donors. Rude treatment of customers and in this case, donors is how establishments lose them.
