If I had a choice to rate this store. I would rate it as a zero. I rented a concrete mixer. I thoroughly washed it out multiple times. Then when returning it they were saying there was concrete still in the mixer and one or two rocks fell out 😂😂😂 Ive rented from other places no issues what so ever same equipment Rude service unprofessional this place is a joke. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE if anything go to Crystal river one

I own a tree service had a piece of equipment break they fixed it fast and affordable and the guys up front are very nice and friendly along with Jim in the back and another guy I do not remember his name but they are truly good people and will be honest with you and also have plenty of awesome rentals available regularly with pretty much easy access at all times to the rentals I highly recommend true value of Inverness great experience many times over the years

I picked up a trenching machine from the Inverness Taylor rental on the weekend to have it through till Monday. As we all know time is valuable when you can and can’t do things. I took the machine home and cranked it up and ran it around 15 mins and shut it down to get something to drink. Then tried restarting it and it wouldn’t start until it cooled down. It seemed like there was something wrong with it but it finally started. Ran it a couple more times with it doing the same thing again but then it got to a point where the chain would not rotate. At this time I tried calling the store and they were closed. Long story, I got 1-1/2 hours of use out of this machine that I spent 8 hrs for and a $75.00 deposit on. I have been a contractor for 40 years and have used a ton of machines but this one is got to be by far the WORST I have ever used. The guy in charge pretty much blamed me for the problem with the machine and was real nasty with me. I never got a dime back and still yet to hear anything from this company. The guy told me that he ran a reputable business! I spent well over $200.00 on this machine for 1-1/2 hours of use. He did tell me he would send me home with another but my time was Allocated to the weekend. This is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this Taylor rental. Suggestion is don’t rent from this company

I called them and asked what they'd charge to get the dark film off my back window. The guy said $100. I told him that wasn't in my budget. He said the defroster and an antenna are in the glass. Whatever...my Social Security check seriously limits my spending.

Reserved and rented a stump grinder machine. Great customer service and support with the equipment. Returned on time and had no problem getting my deposit back. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you.

35 minutes to rent a chainsaw that as soon as I started cutting with it I realize it has a dull blade. 35 minutes back to get a different chainsaw bring it back and it's the same thing instead of cutting the wood it's just burning it. Over 2 hours wasted and money to.
