A demas de que me interrogaron preguntandome que hacia en la tienda Al preguntar por el precio de un producto me dijeron que eso era muy costoso para mi que mejor lo comprara en donde usualmente compro cosas. We purchased all of our kitchen appliances here in 2018.

We needed a washer and dryer in 2025. We were looking at a specific brand that another store recommended. Southeast Steel had a QR code for Consumer Reports ratings on brands. This was very helpful and we changed our minds on which brand to purchase.

They include all the necessary hoses, etc. For the washer and dryer. Other stores charge extra for that.

They haul away your old washer and dryer for no additional charge. Other places charge about $50 each.

The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is I wish they had later hours and they tried to sell us the most expensive washer/dryer. (It is the top ranked brand, but not what we need.) I know they are salesmen and that's their job...I just didn't like it. But they were not pushy about it.

Outstanding facility to select your ideal appliances. Purchased a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove from Southeast steel 2003. Unfortunately last weekend the refrigerator would not hold freezing temperature. Our service agent recommended that we replace the unit since it was 20 plus years old. Headed down to Southeast steel on Monday met with Joe within an hour we selected our replacement fridge with Joe's expertise. New refrigerator was installed on Thursday Carlos and his buddy removed our old fridge and gave us instructions how to use our new fridge. Could not be happier. Big thank you to all at Southeast steel for the huge inventory selection along with the support.

After looking at lowes and home depot, I picked out a dishwasher only to have both places tell me it was out of stock. I wasted 25 minutes on the phone with lowes. I called southeast steel at 4pm, Amber helped me, told me it was in stock, sold it to me within minutes with a simple email, and they delivered and installed it the very next day. You cannot ask for better service. The dishwasher arrived perfect, and I like it!

I had an excellent experience with Southeast Steel! I visited the showroom on a Tuesday and was assisted by Dan, who was incredibly friendly and not pushy at all. The purchasing process for my washer and dryer was quick and efficient, taking only about 20 minutes.

The delivery was just as impressive—only two days later on Thursday. The delivery and installation team went above and beyond! They were extraordinarily friendly, personable, and professional, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and willingness to ensure everything was perfect truly stood out.

I won a contest for a new washer/dryer set on 101.1 WJRR back in June. Months went by and I forgot about it. Then I got in touch with the station and they gave me Grace at Southest Steel Appliances contact info. To say Grace was more than pleasant would be an understatement! She aplogized for the delay (didn't have to I forgot!). Over the next week, Grace kept in touch and worked out the delivery details.

Today, the delivery happened. Carlos and Eli (aka Mr. T) showed up and were very polite and professional even though the laundry room is upstairs and the new washer was very heavy.

After installing, during the test run, the washer began to leak. No worries though! Just a loose plug at the bottom of the washer. They tightened that up, cleaned up the little bit of water and thoroughly verified with another test cycle all was ok. No complaints at all with the team at Southeast Steel! If you want professional products with wonderful customer service give them a call.
