Island Kitchen and Bath just remolded Both of our Condo Bathrooms and tiled our Master bedroom. They did a great job!!! Guy kept us updated on progress and had great attention to detail in the final touches completing the job. Mike and Samatha were initially very helpful in selecting what we wanted. I just had IKB install new hurricane impact windows at my condo in Stuart Fl and they were fantastic! Justin and his team were outstanding! They spent 3-4 days installing the windows and did all the trim work and touchup - even repaired my rotted window frames and drywall and hung up my blinds when all was done! They did it all from soup to nuts! They were professional, timely, did quality work and kept me informed daily of their progress via texts and photos! I would not hesitate to use IKB for all my remodeling needs! Also a big shoutout to Jodi in the office who communicated with me regularly and even went out of her way to assist me with Insurance Requirements and information!

Island Kitchen & Bath remodeled my 2BR/2BA condo at Island Dunes. I am extremely happy with the results, the timeliness, the attitudes of all staff, and their ability to include me in this long distance complete gut/remodel. I had 3 quotes from local vendors. After adding in all the details the others did not include,like lighting installation, new plumbing, etc., IKB was about the same price, but every detail was included and spelled out so there was no question as to what was included.

Perhaps the best recommendation I can offer is that if I ever do this again, I would not even consider any one else. They thought of things that other contractors did not include...making sure the plumbing in a 30 year old building was intact and not about to destroy all the work and $ we just invested! I could go on and on about the things they do that the average owner would not think of checking.
The work was permitted, inspected and superior.
Mike, Justin, Fred & Nicole are a great team.

The job was to remove ceiling plastic light panels and install higher ceiling with recessed lights and fan. The plaster job is poor quality where the wall paper meets the new section of upper walls. Also, the ceiling was not fully painted.

Their guy drives through neighborhoods like a maniac in his white F150 FX4 with white rims. Blowing stop signs, not using turn signals, and not yielding to pedestrians. I don't want them in my neighborhood again.
