Had Bill with Affordable Outdoor Kitchen at 8949 New York Ave, Hudson, FL 34667 came over and gave me an estimate and paid a deposit of $10,900. My patio guy took a long time to get my covered patio done. After that was complete I called Bill back he answered and said he would come back over to make sure we were still on the same page for installation. After not hearing from him I called back and now Joe’s name is on the VM. I’ve called twice and texted him with no response. So I’m out $10,900. Dollars. If they would like to not rip me off $10,900. I would be open to talking. Thanks pic of the contract that was paid, paid check can be provided and picture of what they provided. Ps the chair is mine.

Bill's first comment to us was, "I want you to look out that door everyday and say, 'It's beautiful!' " HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! Bill designed us a beautiful outdoor kitchen. He understood what we wanted, before we knew what we wanted. He was there to answer every question. He and his crew have gone above and beyond. If we could give Affordable Outdoor Kitchens 10 stars, we would! The final product is worth every penny. We would definitely call him again.

The owner and crew are beautiful people to work with. They did my kitchen and master bathroom countertops and it came out gorgeous.The prices are right and the work is very beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Love their work.

It's been almost a year and I still don't have a fully functioning outdoor kitchen. Bill, the previous owner was rude and lacked communication skills. The current owner, Joe, is no better. Bill and Joe came over to figure out why our side burner has never worked. Joe was a rude, smart aleck because we were Gator fans. Very unprofessional...not that it matters but we have no beef with his team, FSU. We followed up with Bill a few weeks later. He told us he had forgotten. A few weeks later called again and now the phone number has Joe on it. No response to our text or calls. I will be reporting the company to the BBB. The only reason that I am not pursuing legal action is because a new gas regulator should get our kitchen functional.

They still got my new bathroom sink and left over granite. I haven't been able to get in touch with them. Is there a way the law can get involve with these people? They need to face consequences for defrauding their customers
