Paul Evans Construction directed us to ProSource and we were welcomed by the staff especially Larry Lamm. He went out of his way to assist us in making the right choices on our tile designs for two (2) bathrooms. No matter how many times we called or dropped by the business; he was always available to answer any questions and to provide excellent service on providing our Estimate and paperwork needed to make the order. The employees (workers) are very helpful and do all they can do to accomplish their job. Unfortunately for the employees the owner is far far less accommodating and doesn’t actually realize where the business comes from. Whatever happened to “the customer is always correct”.

Needs training in PR as she was very sarcastic bordering on rude. Prefers to pass the buc to the product representative. She doesn’t really know how tracking a product works. Product arrives incomplete and they don’t track.

Owner MUST accept responsibility and she just doesn’t do anything to help out the situation. I would steer clear if you’re looking for a project accomplished in a timely manner.

Travis was so helpful and patient while I tried to match existing tile in the house we bought. Everyone else who interacted with me at ProSource was friendly and helpful as well. We had a few pieces with no serial numbers or other markings to help us find it. I left a piece with Travis and he found an incredible match. There is a sunny spot in the picture from light entering through the front door, but other than that I see very negligible differences between the original tile and the one Travis found. Our new floors look great!
