Hay mal servicio compre una silla estaba mala llame a los 3 días en vés de cambio mandaron un Sr.q no supo ni lo q era, luego de un tiempo me dijeron q no me podían dar la misma ni el dinero sólo una silla distinta, me convencieron q una q tenían era la q me serviría a mi, cuando se recogió no resultó ser la q probé y me está haciendo daño a mi salud, ya q tengo una condición médica, ahora se les dijo y ni la quieren cambiar ni dar un crédito ni nada, x lo q tendré q tomar acción denunciando al organismo competente para su ayuda.

Shirley - an Interior Designer is one of the most helpful I have ever met. My husband and I knew as soon as we entered Family Furniture we found the right place to fit our needs.
Their furniture is well priced, quality and had items unlike most other furniture stores.
We had been looking for a bar and dinette set for our lanai and they had exactly what we were shopping for and other reasonable priced lamps and other accent pieces.
Thank you also to the owner Bruce for having such a beautiful showroom to fit anyone’s needs..

I just moved to Florida, I bought a new home and needed to furnish it completely. I was hoping for a fun experience and needed some designer help to make suggestions and pull it all together. I went to 3 other furniture stores before I found Family Furniture. At the other 3 furniture stores it was everything but fun. It was stressful, overwhelming and exhausting. When looking at beds one sales person even told me NOT to try a lot of beds. She said I should “listen to her and try only the ones SHE suggested”. I told another that I didn’t like 2 tone furniture and he showed me 6 more pieces in 2 tone. The “designers” threw piles of fabric samples at me and just told me to pick one. Then I met SHIRLEY at Family Furniture! She gave me the fun, helpful and professional service and experience I had hoped for!!! She listened to me and considered every detail (including my budget) and made amazing suggestions for fabric and furniture and helped tie it all together. I am so happy that I went to Family Furniture and I LOVE everything I bought! Thank you Shirley!!!
