I could not be more pleased with my purchase from Babette's. From the start, Alex was there for me. And....When I was unavailable for my home delivery, Alex was there to receive it for me. What a relief knowing I would not need to reschedule. When I learned Alex was no longer with Babette's, Ashley was on the scene making sure everything went smoothly with the 2nd portion of my order/delivery. And the delivery guys--The Best!! Kind and even moved furniture from one room to another. Its really nice not to have to wait all day for a delivery. I was number one and done by 10am.

When we decided to buy ourselves a treat for Christmas, we did a considerable amount of comparison shopping. Our salesman, Hunter, at Babbette's was by far the kindest, most knowledgeable person we spoke with. He went far above and beyond to help me due to my broken leg and made sure that we found exactly what we wanted. His professionalism and friendliness made this a great experience and the quality of furniture was considerably higher than what we had seen elsewhere. We are so excited for our new furniture!

Diane was amazing. We entered the store after we arrived there by mistake. We were heading to a store up the road and I to the wrong exit. She greeted us and we dismissed her saying we were just looking. We are new here and our first impression of Babettes was they were expensive. We soon found a TV console that seemed to be a pretty good deal. She checked back in with us a minute later. She was very helpful. They didn’t have the color we wanted in stock but they had it incoming. Then we noticed the matching end tables and coffee table. She went to check availability and I sat in a leather power recliner. I was in love. I learned long ago that cheap things aren’t good and good things aren’t cheap! We bought it all and returned to get another recliner and an office desk. Their selection is amazing and Diane was as well. I’m a Babettes fan!

We want to share the experience we had yesterday with Babette's Service Dept.
"Thomas" was prompt and very efficient in fixing our "issues". He completely recovered the wedge section of our leather sectional perfectly and quickly. His expertise in his work was very evident. He was courteous, and very friendly and we enjoyed talking with him.
Thomas obviously loves his work and it shows. I wish all service people were as professional and friendly as he is. I hope Babettes realizes what a great asset they have with Thomas!

Thomas, a technician from Babette's came to our house for a customer service call to repair some minor issues with our new furniture. I must say he did an Excellent job. He was very professional, really cared and took the time to properly address the issues. Amazing how he fixed everything and you would never know there was an issue. If you ever need a service call from Babette's, I would highly recommend that you ask for Thomas. You will not be disappointed.
