Let me start by saying that this company will not let you down! Philip, our salesman, was not a salesman at all. He was with us every step of the way. HE even showed up to our install to ensure all went well. They were also very competitively priced. The installation company was very careful with our home and cleaned up nicely. Jeff and the Deem’s team were great to work with during a stressful time of re-building from flooding after Hurricane Idelia. Deems was amazing. We priced around for our Quartz counter tops and their bid was well under other local companies. Philip was amazing and responded immediately to any questions or concerns I had. Start to finish the process was so fast, even over the holidays. I cannot not recommend Deems enough.

The list of problems is long. We ordered maple wood cabinets- we were told they are all wood- for $21k you’d think they would be . Not the case - the door fronts are maple - we ordered shaker style cabinets - only the two bathroom cabinets are shaker style! All the ones in the kitchen have 3 grooves on the inside trim pieces. The sides of the bathroom cabinets are the maple wood, the exposed sides of the kitchen cabinets are textured to the touch and the color doesn’t match - especially noticeable on the island .
The first corner cabinet that was hung the installer moved the 2x4 stud in the wall and chewed up the particle board that the majority of what the cabinets are made of
The lazy Susan in the corner is another issue- the doors weren’t the same height so a new set was made then the lazy Susan wouldn’t turn but 1.3 of the way either direction. Seems solution was to put in a much smaller lazy Susan with a hinge in the middle of the two doors - again not at all what we paid for..we wouldn’t have given them 1 star but that’s the lowest there is. We are not at all pleased with these cabinets-!!!!!!!!!!

We had a good experience working with Deems. We especially appreciated the custom service from Phillip to make sure that the quartz we selected for our countertops from a small sample was the same as the slabs that were ordered. We were very satisfied with the time it took from our first visit to the Showroom to installation. We would recommend Deems.

Recently had new cabinets countertops along with sink and faucet installed by Deems Kitchens and Counters, and we were extremely satisfied. From tear out to installation all went flawless . So much easier than we anticipated.
We worked with Jeff Kevin and Bubba and the counter installer and crew ( whom I’ve misplaced his/ their names) along with tear out crew and all were pleasant easy to talk with and professional. When I second guessed my counter selection they offered to have me view the large slab at the Citrus wear house which I so appreciated. They were very helpful at that site!
