I moved to the area in May and LOVE to thrift!! I finally had the DISPLEASURE of stopping in today, I am the care taker of an adult blind man who was with me and I was just browsing looking for some older funky door handle pulls. I happened across a very beautiful and very old book from the 1800s and It had a hideous wooden bowl sitting on top of the book , I picked up the bowl , so I could carefully admire the book. The woman who I assume is the owner and was preoccupied with a gentleman" friend " immediately came and took the book from my hand and moved it behind the counter. I had 3 thousand dollars to spend thrifting today and did not realize I still had that hideous bowl in my hand while still browsing, I overheard her and her "friend" discussing weather i was trying to steal that awful bowl. She very rudely came and took the bowl from me as I explained I didn't even realize I still had it in my hand. She then asked me what exactly I was there for and I said 2 door handles/ pulls. She then directed me to a dollar store type wicker basket and said well you're going to have to pick 4 because they're four for a dollar to which I said I only want these two and proceeded to the cash register, I said let me guess, you don't accept card under five dollars and she very snidely replied I don't take card for less than . 15 00 I went to my car and got a one dollar bill handed it to her and with an exasperated sigh she said I'll have to find you change. I said nah you keep it you clearly need it more than I do!
This woman was so rude and condescending , I will NEVER step foot in that apothecary of atrocities again! Spent my 3 grand at a few different lovely thrift places today ❤️

What a treasure!!!!! The owner is very helpful and friendly. This store has so many unique and beautiful pieces of furniture and decor. I find something new and interesting each time I go, it's a must see place to go.

The owner is super friendly & helpful. She refers you to other local businesses. The items are vintage & cute. Dont forget to attend the Great Florida Yardsale November 12, 13 & 14 at the Crystal River Mall! There will be ALL KINDS OF STUFF. Sure to be something for everyone!!!

Came on a day it was supposed to be open but it was closed. Not sure if it’s closed permanently or not but either way they should update their hours so people don’t drive to this place for nothing.
