Great store. Most furniture stores have such similar products, just arranged differently with different colors. This store is not like them at all. Unique furniture which is customizable and upscale. Competitive pricing and reasonable delivery cost. Very helpful staff that allow you r to browse without having someone continually watching. Very refreshing. Ask for Janine, she is fantastic.

Don't buy from them they don't stand behind their products!!!! I went to this store because it is family owned. when I purchased the couch I was told it was super durable and could even be bleach cleaned. I have had the couch for 9 months and it is pilling and everyday soils don't come out. I reached out to Smart Interiors and was told that the location where I purchased the furniture had closed and my salesperson was no longer with the company but they would look into it. Now I know why they closed. They told me the fabric was no longer in warranty and the pilling was from the clothes we wore while sitting on the couch. What does that even mean I have to sit on the couch with white jeans so nothing comes off. I should have gone to Coastal Furniture. They have better prices and service.

Denise was very nice and helpful throughout our shopping experience. She left us alone so we could browse and make our decision for our furniture selections. Then when we were ready to buy our furniture she was right there to help. Denise made our shopping experience very enjoyable. I would go shop here again because of her.

I purchased a office desk set, a dining set and a bench. I got plenty of attention in the show room and was okay with the prices. The delivery people where very nice and accommodating. There was a bit of discoloration on the desk but they took it back had it repaired very nicely and returned the desk a few days later. I really like this store and plan to buy again

After visiting most of the furniture stores within a 50 mile radius of Spring Hill, we returned to Smart Interiors of Spring Hill. We were greeted at the door by Alexandria and she pleasantly offered her Interior design expertise. She actually visited our home, took measurements and then put together a presentation at the show room for us. Alexandria listened to what we wanted and then incorporated her ideas to achieve what we were looking for.
Kim, one of the owners, also helped facilitate our selections and demonstrated excellent customer service.
During the process, we had an opportunity to visit the Lecanto show room as well. We met Jeanine there and she was great as well. She took her time to listen to what we wanted and then showed us all of our options.
I would highly recommend Smart Interiors for quality of products, selection, and exceptional customer service!!

Very disappointed!!! My parents have bought multiple pieces of furniture and had great experiences. Yesterday my mother and I stopped by to inquire about them reupholstering a Ethan Allen Wing back chair. Obviously previous experiences brought them to this store instead of going to Ethan Allen which was a big mistake. Our salesperson was not able to answer most of our questions which is understandable but instead of asking someone else at the store she brushed us off with ridiculous answers. Before we left the hope was she would be able to call us back with answers about what material would be the best. At this point my parents were still planning on having the piece done and waiting for a call the back with some suggestions. Instead they got a call from the owner that said they were going to pass on the job. We called the store to find out why and asked for a manager or supervisor. The woman who answered said they only have owners and none were available. I asked for a email and was given the general email and she asked if she could help. As I was explaining the story I was asked to hold and then Rob the owner was now available. He was pleasant and apologized then said personalities can clash. That was disappointing because she was not knowledgeable but also rude and brushed us off. We thanked him for calling and explained we would do a review for the upholstery department and Rob then said he was disappointed. Our review is for those looking to have something reupholstered this would not be the place to go. Rob himself said that they don’t do a lot and they were worried about the long term of the project and would rather pass then have a unhappy customer. Since then we have reached out to a local upholsterer and found the questions we asked were all answered and we were given gel test advice. They are coming to look at the chair this weekend. We would not recommend using Smart Interiors for upholstery and hope that the customer service would be better when buying new furniture.

Excellent quality and even better customer service. After much consultation I bought dining room and (what I consider to be) very expensive leather living room furniture. I had a problem with it and my sales rep, Janine, was on it. She didn’t let go until I was perfectly satisfied. I would go back to Smart Interiors in a heartbeat. Be sure to ask for Janine!
