Went to buy a refrigerator the workers were nice they really didn't speak English all that great but there was someone there that was able to help with what i needed. Really nice ladies very professional and knew there job. The only problem is i think the prices for the used refridgerators was too high.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel I need to in this case to at least give people a heads up. We had just closed on our new home and were excited to be getting our first big purchase, a fridge. Being we are first time home buyers, we didn’t exactly have the budget to buy a brand new one from a department store, so we were excited when we thought we were getting a good deal on this refurbished one. The store advertised a 90 day warranty that it was in good working order after all. We picked out a Samsung 4 door stainless steel fridge. The seller insisted it would be working by the time of delivery, and we agreed on a delivery date of the following week.
The delivery was set for 1pm on a Tuesday, so we had taken off work to do some painting and wait for the delivery. 2pm comes around, and no arrival. We waited until 3pm as a courtesy and then called the seller. He stated his delivery driver backed out and he was running behind. Delivery got pushed up to 6pm. These things happen, so we were understandable. 6pm arrives, and still no response so we called. This time the seller states he doesn’t have our fridge ready at all and offered to give us a different one, a Maytag. We were disappointed because we liked the fridge we picked, but accepted the replacement since it was still a stainless steel French door. The seller stated delivery would be at 8pm. 8pm arrives, and no delivery. This cycle continued until finally at 11:30pm they arrived to deliver the fridge. We had work the next day so we were not too happy, but at least we had a new working fridge…or so we thought.
The next morning the fridge begins to break down. The water and ice dispenser didn’t work for starters. This was one of the major reasons we wanted to get a new fridge, so this was very disappointing. Then that afternoon the door monitor kept going off indicating the door wasn’t shut, when it was. The door mechanics had to be completely unplugged to stop the chime from continuing. Finally the lights inside the fridge shorted out and wouldn’t turn on. This all happened in one day. We had been given a faulty fridge with no ice/water/lighting and a misaligned door and this was unacceptable.
We called the store to get it repaired or replaced, citing the 90 day warranty. The seller offered us a refurbished LG fridge to be delivered that Friday. Friday came along and there was no delivery. We then called and the seller said that offer was no longer an option. He had the audacity to say we should accept the faulty fridge because “he gave us a good enough deal on it”. We stated that was completely unacceptable and finally he offered to give us a Samsung French door. Delivery of the Samsung was scheduled at 1pm the next day. They did not arrive until multiple phone calls and over 7 hours later at 8:30pm
Our Samsung replacement fridge has working water and interior lighting, but the ice maker is shot. We are still well within the “90 day warranty” window, but may need to get it fixed ourselves as this seller is unreliable and doesn’t honor his word on what they sell.

Horrible place. Never again will I go here. Horrible delivery, over 8 hours late both times. Got two non-working fridges. I won’t even use them for the “90 day warranty”. I’d rather pay someone who knows what they are doing.
