We will be more than happy to take down this negative review if Exotic Live Edge Slabs is willing to work with us to resolve the issue and bring the table closer to what we envisioned. We are deeply disappointed with the dining table we received, especially given the significant investment, as it does not match what we ordered.

We specifically requested a live-edge table with a clear "Buckeye river" feature using nuts we provided, but the result is far from what was promised. Despite multiple assurances, the epoxy turned out cloudy and muddy, obscuring both the Buckeye nuts and the live edges. Additionally, the nuts were not properly coated as discussed, leading to discoloration. When we reached out to the owner, Rich, to explore solutions, he stated he liked it as-is, and refused to come to our home (since we could not bring the table to him) to discuss it in person. Whether or not he likes it is not the point. We were the paying customer, and we could not have been clearer or more involved from the beginning.

We hope Exotic Live Edge Slabs will take the initiative to find a solution that aligns the table with our original vision. We urge them to address our concerns and explore potential options. With their expertise, we believe they can help resolve this issue and turn our disappointment into satisfaction.

Five stars from start to finish! I had been absolutely pining over my own live-edge dining table and finally found myself in a position to afford my own. I found Exotic Live Edge Slabs on Facebook and saved theI information for several months until I had moved into my permanent home. I had no trouble making an appointment (TG for Saturday hours) and found their business with no trouble. Everyone that helped me find and choose a slab was gracious (because I can be a bit, uh, indecisive) and made sure I felt confident in my choice. Amanda was patient and helpful when pricing and ordering my base and the gentlemen that delivered my finished table were prompt, friendly, and helpful. The next time I am ready for another live edge piece of furniture, this is where I will come. Thank you so much to everyone for all of your help. I am thrilled with my table!!!
