The floors are beautiful! Billy and his co-worker did a wonderful job. They corrected an error made by my contractor and had to re-do the stairs, but each time they came out to the house, they were pleasant and worked neatly and quickly. Additionally, Diane and Adrienne from the office were helpful, pleasant and accommodating each time I called. They were always concerned with making sure I, as the customer, was happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company and their beautiful products!!

I'm not one who takes the time to write a review, but I need to do so this time. I recently purchased a floor from World of Floors, and I felt the need tho share my experience. I shopped for a very long time before I was was able to find a showroom with a fair amount of samples, which World Of Floors carried. Their sales people and office staff were all very professional and accommodating, from the initial sale to the end of the project. All my questions had been answered, and all my concerns attended to, which is rare in the service business today.

They are an A+ operation when it comes to serving the customer to the end! Diane who worked with me on a few matters is the owner of the company, and truly understands the meaning of satisfying the customer so it's no wonder that great customer service skill has trickled down through the entire organization.

Tom who installed over 2000 square feet of material in my home was a true craftsmen, and I would have him on all of my projects. He worked fast, clean and was concerned about minor detail, which is another rareity these days. Tom and his crew left me with a finished product that should be placed in a showroom!

I want to thank World Of Floors for their eliete service, and recommend them to anyone in the market for a new floor today.

World of Floors is amazing! I use them all the time for all of my rental homes. They quality and service they provide is unparalleled. Their installers are quick on carpet installs and go the extra mile with the tedious task of installing tile. I’ve never seen such even grout lines before. They provide me referrals when I need them and always able to find something to fit my needs. Their showroom has endless samples to choose from and there is always someone available to assist in narrowing it down to find something that fits my needs and budget.

I went in there today with the intention of buying some Vinyl floor that I needed ASAP and the sales man was not helpful nor courteous! Any question I’d ask him, he replied with a no, no explanation or attempt to help or sale!!! Bad service! I’m glad I finally bought what I needed elsewhere with someone that deserves the sale! For us, GREAT customer service is a must and Nobody should settle for this type of service.

I purchased a whole house full of carpeting from World of Floors in Bradenton. I specifically asked salesmen about the business and the likely hood of it disappearing. Oh he assured me that would not happen. There was a supposed 2 year warranty on the installation. We are snow birds and last year when we left we noticed slight buckling in the carpet we we were getting ready to leave and figured we could take care of it when we came back. Well to my surprise when I went to the store it was GONE!!! I had not idea there were other locations so I checked other places for a estimate to fix it. By now every single room was a disaster! Huge mounds in every room. Now we are talking 3 bedrooms, hallway, LR, and DR. It had to be fixed! In checking around I found out they had a location in Tampa so I called right away and guess what I was ONE WEEK over the 2 year warranty!!! At first they made it seem like they would take care of it but I think because it was in every single room they decided to much work to not charge for it!! Now clearly it was not installed properly for every single room to do that but they wanted to charge me $250.00 to fix it!!! All because I was a week over the warranty and that's only because it thought they were gone!!!! I found a local place to do it for the same price as they wanted! World of floors made it seem like they were giving me a deal at $250.00 clearly they were NOT!!!! Would not recommend them at all or installers!!! Don't stand behind product or work!!! DO NOT GO THERE that's all I can say!!!!

Most of the installers had little experience. Crews varies from 4 (1 day) to 2 most of the time for 6 rooms of tile. Most days workers present spoke no or little English so I could not effectively communicate issues I saw. Very disappointed. Grout lines uneven and floors left with grout smeared over the surface that I'm having a very hard time removing. Also left hand prints of mortar on the existing walls.

I'm a return customer. I had flooring installed in my living room, dining room and hallway in December 2017 and am now having my master bedroom and walk-in closet done with the same product. The service was great and I would recommend them to others.

Went into the store to look at flooring the gentlemen directed us to the general direction. Then went back to doing paperwork at his desk. I was wanted to ask him a question and he didn't even acknowledge my presence very disappointed as i need to replace 2200 sq feet of flooring. We walked out without being acknowledged.
