The showroom is gorgeous! It’s very lovely to walk through. You get a nice feel for the pieces. The sales staff are friendly and attentive, but they do not hover which is nice because it allows you the comfort to sit and touch the textiles and take your time. Bathrooms are clean. The whole experience is very nice!

Beautiful 4-story store. They offer a lot of furniture. Based on our representative, she said they are one of the largest stores. We were able to get a true feel of the quality and what pieces we wanted to add to our home. This is well worth a stop to look at the furniture.

So disappointing. This company charged me three unauthorized transaction without my concern or my authorization. I have been calling and calling. Nothing has been done to fix the issue. I'm getting lawyers involved because this is has going way to far. Do not trust this company with your credit card. They will charge you over and over. This is crazy. I never seen anything like this.
-First unauthorized transaction was for over $4k and second just happened today for almost $3k.
- I should of have $0 transaction on my credit card because I applied for their credit card. My balance there is for $24k. I have made my payments perfectly. I have no ideia how they got my credit card information at first place.

Run away from this company. Horrible experience overall.

Every time, I mean every time I am in this stunning studio, I'm inspired. So much so, that my own home has parts of it housed in it. The shopping assistants are always welcoming, even just to look around or get ideas.

Been visiting and bringing guests and clients to this location for years only to be disrespected today. It was almost as if the worker wanted to embarrass me today. I work with realtors and take photos (never been an issue) and in often times my clients will purchase their products or refer to their clients to buy furniture for their homes from this location. I take the photos of my clients on their phones and if you know about RH then you know people LOVE taking photos and making content there bc of how beautiful it is. Very disappointed in the experience. Will not be back and will never refer another client or realtor to this location. There was a way to pull me to the side and talk privately but to try to embarrass me in front of my peers and assume that I wasn’t a paying customer like everyone else was very disappointing. I will no longer send any more business to this location, been sending referrals for years.

Do yourself a favor: leave your wallet in the car. If you are furniture/home decor person, this will be your ultimate dream and worst nightmare all in one. As a self/proclaimed graduate of HGTV University, I thought I had great taste....until I walked into Restoration Hardware.

Seriously, you will be blown away — that is, when you realize that this isn't a corporate or luxury condo building that happens to be attached to the International Mall (I know I wasn't the only one who mistook RH for that).

I brought my husband for the first time a few months ago, and we recently visited again. We haven't even purchased a furniture piece yet and he wanted to buy a membership. I think our next visit, our wallet will be safe enough to enter the store.

If anything, it's very scenic for a great picture (especially the fourth floor).

The Tampa Bay area is truly blessed to be the home of one of Restoration Hardware's Galleries.

As an Interior Designer I have the privilege of shopping for my clients at the High Point Market in North Carolina and the Las Vegas Market as well. Unfortunately, the general public is not allowed to access those special showrooms.

But the good news is, you can enjoy that exceptionally high quality experience at the Restoration Hardware Gallery located at the International Plaza.

Unlike traditional furniture stores with very bright lighting, one huge warehouse space divided by small makeshift partitions and absolutely no ambiance, RH provides subdued, strategic lighting, beautifully appointed individual rooms, extremely well trained staff and absolutely amazing furniture, and accessories.

RH has an incredible bathroom section with fixtures, vanities and accessories to enable you to visualize and create a high end hotel bathroom for your home.

There are large samples of every wood finish, soft bedding, scrumptious rugs, blankets, and towels. RH has a wide variety of unusual lighting showcased throughout the gallery.

The first floor of this gallery houses traditional furnishings, the second floor is dedicated to modern, 3rd floor is for babies, children and teens and the 4th floor is outdoor furniture. When you enter RH it's like stepping into a beautiful magazine.

This is a destination, not just a "store". You owe it to yourself to experience RH!
