One is actually too high for their POOR WORKMANSHIP which is only exceeded by their HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The initial problem occurred at the time of new construction due to poor performance and shabby workmanship on the part of Mike Scott Plumbing.

We returned from a 10 day vacation to find water flowing down the street from our front yard. After investigation, It revealed the main waterline between the meter and the house was leaking excessively.

As you can see from the attached photos, it was horrible workmanship when the initial line was installed. The Mike Scott plumber broke the 90° elbow, trying to force the two connections together that weren’t in proper alignment.

The quality of their work held up for exactly 2 years and 10 months though I wonder how long it’s been slowly leaking underground before fully rupturing.

Our neighbor had a plumbing issue due to poor workmanship from Mike Scott Plumbing as well, they were just fortunate to catch it in the first year while under warranty apparently.

I’ll be left wondering over the years how much more poor workmanship we’re gonna have come to light from Mike Scott Plumbing under the slab or elsewhere in the construction of our home. Forget their customer service, no response after a week of attempting to contact them.

Replaced a Kohler double sink with a single bowl. Mike Scott Plumbing did a terrific job. Recommended an excellent granite contractor for removal of the old and placement of the new sink. Plumbers showed up exactly on time. No up-sell, just did the job, reused what they could. Very pleased with the end result and cost. For me they are also local. I recommend them.

I recently used Mikes Scott Plumbing for an outside clean-out pipe.
I could not be happier! They were prompt and professional. I called in a crisis and they came to my rescue. I cannot complement Mike Scott Plumbing enough. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIKE SCOTT PLUMBING!! Definitely will use them going forward for all my plumbing issues. FIVE STAR!!!!

Had plumber fix a clogged pipe six days ago. Today my whole house flooded. Called had them come back. Said was another clog and charged me again. So I have almost 400.00 invested and now I have a flood crew tearing my house apart. Baseboards flooring all will need replaced. Insurance is now involved. These people even did the original plumbing less than 4 years ago. I will never call these people again

Our home was under warranty. Their team came out in December to make a repair on the toilet that was leaking (meaning it leaks internally and the toilet has to refill). They told me they fixed it. In January I noticed it leaking again. I called and Kevin got involved and they agreed to fix it even though it was past warranty. I appreciate their professionalism.

Mikle Scott has great plumbers, never an issue. Now they are taking pictures of my drivers license after completing their repair. Do they not know who I am? I have used them for several years, never bounced a check, they never asked for a picture ID. Now everyone at Mike Scott has access to my personal information, why? MY house, MY toilet, they could find me if my checked bounced, what is a copy of my license going to prove?
