The salesperson is very attentive to how I feel comfortable to the mattress, trying many mattresses from soft, medium to firm; and my preference to the price. He also introduced suitable bed box and frame to me. After I purchased a mattress product, he tied mattress on top of my car firmly and asked me not to drive too fast during my trip home. I easily drove home with his tied mattress and bring it into my apartment. His customer service is very impressive. Thanks!

We finally bit the bullet and bought a new mattress with an adjustable base. When I walked in, I was greeted promptly by Kyra. As we began talking about what I was looking for, she asked questions, didn't just try to sell me a mattress, offered suggestions, and was very knowledgeable about all the products. We tried out several mattresses until landing on the one we wanted. She gave us pricing and I said I was going to go to lunch and think about it. At this point, a lot of sales people would get pushy and try the old, "well what do you need to think about" tactic (which I can't stand, and will leave and never come back). Kyra didn't do that at all, she actually encouraged it. We are super excited and happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Kyra and the Mattress Firm on 23rd Street in Panama City, FL.
