Overall our experience with Morgan Exteriors was very positive. We would recommend them to anyone looking to get vinyl siding.

We had an unusual problem, that being we could not afford to replace all the siding. We decided to have the worst sides of our home fixed. All the other companies that gave us estimates were not interested in doing just half our house.

Morgan was willing to work with us on the price and the scope of the project. Both things were greatly appreciated.

Our installer, Johnny, was very hard working and very skilled at his job. He kept us “in the loop” throughout the installation.

As with all things there were issues along the way but Morgan was very good at communicating. They kept us informed of the issues and more importantly the fixes to the issues.

In the future we hope to be able to get the rest of the house covered in new vinyl siding. When we do you can be sure we will be giving Morgan Exteriors a call.

The experience was painless from start to finish. The staff is warm and welcoming. The installers were amazing. None of my windows were the same size so mustn't have been the easiest job. The surprise was the cost. So manageable and seamless. I paid less the other crazy quotes I got. My light bill went down almost instantly, by about 70 dollars. They did the trim with special stuff so there would be no rot. After all was said and done they sent two 500$ gift cards. One for my future use and one to pass on. ALSO, today sweet treats showed up with a nice jar of cookies from them. There is absolutely no way I could be happier with the results. I admired their work ethics from start to finish. Love all these new windows.

Awful. Paid a lot of money for new windows and they don’t even work properly. When installed the siding on my house was torn off and never replaced as well as two of my windows still don’t work properly. Communication with the company is horrible and I don’t recommend them to anybody. Stay far away. Picture listed is after they “fixed” my siding. Nicole and Brett over promise and under deliver. Stay far away. Absolute nightmare of a company. Don’t go with this company. I gave them the Benefit of the doubt but once they get there money you are last on there list.

Not a good experience. I needed a Hurricane proof sliding glass door. Salesman stressed "family business" which I liked. Gave them over $7k. Guys that installed door were NOT family members, installed a door with a 1-2 inch crack in glass. (Said they didn't see it, but I did!) When leaving, guy took his saw thru my house instead of going around house to truck. Hit my front door with saw taking a chunk out of it. Office ordered new glass to replace cracked one. Wrong one came in, re-ordered, a month later came in. Made appt. to have put in, guys were a No-Show. Office apologized, rescheduled. They showed, changed glass. Week later inspector came, failed due to missing screws, missing safety bumper. Came back weeks later, put in bumpers, City failed it again, bumpers not in correctly, still missing screws. Told office not to send same guys. Scheduled new guy to come when inspector was here. Inspector made him redo lock, fix bumpers, put in screws, tighten handle and fix something on screen door. Finally passed inspection. Took nearly ONE YEAR to get a high dollar sliding door put in. I figured they'd offer me compensation for my time and trouble, they offered NOTHING. Would NOT recommend.

While customer service is fantastic. Craftsmanship was OK a few flaws here and there, but overall not bad. I would recommend them to anyone remodeling their kitchen or having windows install installed.

I had Morgan Exteriors cover the old T-111 boarding on my five roof gables. The old boards were starting to delaminate and several places were damaged by Hurricane Ian. Morgan Exteriors did an excellent job. I was expecting a plain flat surface, but was pleasantly surprised with a raised panel look. The work was done quickly and on schedule, and they cleaned up nicely upon completion. I was happy with the work and the service and would highly recommend.

Drew is very helpful and informative. I felt he was doing the best he could for me. I would highly recommend Morgan Exteriors. After obtaining 3 estimates, I was impressed by Morgan Exteriors. The salesperson was informative but not pushy. The price, the information, the staff at the Ft Myers locations, the installers ask were pleasant, helpful, and the installation and the Windows are fabulous.
I'll be using Morgan exteriors again.
