Overall a great experience. Elizabeth went above and beyond helping us to pick just the right carpet and color. We agreed to a price, paid our deposit, only to get a phone call later to let us know there was an error in the quote, in our favor. That's honesty thats hard to find. The installation was great and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Elizabeth for everything.

Hessler did an amazing job. I highly recommend.
They applied a hardener and a new stain/sealer. Now it looks amazing. Nice and even color and no fluid retention. Stain resistant and easy to clean. Just what I wanted.

Thank you Steve and Bonny for coming here and making it look better than ever. They did a wonderful job on tiling the bathrooms as well.

This review is strictly for Hessler Carpet and not the installers nor the carpet manufacturer as both the installers and the Karastan carpet would be 5 stars. I purchased a custom made area rug measuring 23 x 12 and a matching pad from Hessler Carpet in Ft. Myers. My disappointment is with Hessler as I received the rug (as expected), but the pad for which I paid good money came in two odd sized pieces. I called the salesman immediately before it was laid and was glibly told that he does the paperwork and that he has no control over what the installers are given at the place they pick it up from and basically I could deal with it as they were not going to change it for a full size pad. I was told that one roll of pad ran out so they cut from another hence the two odd sizes - roughly 17 and 6. Very disappointing - I ordered a custom rug and pad - not scraps from two rolls because whoever they bought the pad from just uses up the end of one roll and continues with a new roll. Not right in my books since this was not wall to wall carpet that may need to be done this way. The great 3rd party installers seemed miffed too as to why they were given two odd size pads and one rug. Anyway, for what it is worth to you - get whatever you want exactly written on the contract - don't leave it to chance. I never dreamed I would have had two assorted carpet pad sizes with my full size rug! I have attached pictures - lesson learned.

I worked with Kyle in the Fort Myers store and it was a positive experience. From my initial random stop in the store through decision process he was a pleasure to deal with. I redid three bedrooms with new carpeting and am very satisfied. Aldo and Aldo, father and son installers were very professional. They moved everything out of the rooms, pulled up old carpet and installed new carpet with no issues. Everything went smoothly. Kudos to all!

HESSLER FLOORING SUBCONTRACTS THEIR INSTALLATION SERVICE AND DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISHAP. Sadly, I had a jewelry bag stored in my nightstand and did not think to remove it when I had the carpet installed. My engagement ring, infinity ring, necklaces, etc were inside and I discovered the bag missing a few days after the installation. The Naples Police Dept was contacted, officers came and took the report; a detective assigned to the case. It is a criminal investigation because of the dollar amount involved. The detective contacted Hessler and the installers. They have refused to cooperate! The installers are not obligated to return the detective's calls. Hessler insists I file a claim with MY insurance. Initially, they agreed to file a claim and have since reneged. This has been heartbreaking. Hessler's customer service is horrible. DO NOT USE HESSLER IF YOU NEED THEM TO INSTALL ANYTHING!!!

We recently were considering replacing some of our carpeted floor spaces with plank vinyl. We were not satisfied with our contact with some of the big stores out there, so we decided to give Hessler a try. We cannot say enough about our experience with Hessler, from Chris in the showroom to the professional installation we received. We absolutely love our new floors, and wish we had replaced our carpet sooner. The price was reasonable, the quality of the product is outstanding, and the service has been great. It’s no wonder they have been in business all these years. We highly recommend Hessler to anyone who is considering new flooring and don’t think you will be disappointed!

I would NOT do business with Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings or Hessler Floor Covering as the current owner has so little integrity. The entrance to Hessler Floor Covering in Naples, FL, has a very dangerous entrance where you have to step up to get in the entrance. I fell upon entering and landed on the floor after crashing into a wood display. I hit my head, arm and knee on my way to the ground. The owner would not even pay my out of pocket costs to have my head checked out at the emergency room. Don't do business with these companies. If you have to enter the Hessler Floor Covering store in Naples, FL be very careful!

As seen by their response, they have no integrity or ethics. Only one employee came out from the back of the store while I lay stunned on the floor. I gave that employee all my information, as he requested, to give his employer regarding the incident. They claim that employee did not report the incident and no longer worked for them and they could not get a hold of him. In another phone call, they told me the corporate office was reviewing the video tapes. I don't believe in a litigious society and I trust that businesses will behave ethically. I have learned a lesson about Hessler Floor Covering and its owner Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings.
