Ordered lumber to build a deck and was told delivery would arrive at 8:30 or 9. I called at 9:30 to check and was told they were waiting on a delivery truck to return. Called at 12:30 and was then told the delivery worker didn't show up until 11, and that my order should be leaving soon. Finally showed around 3, so i wasted most of a day on the jobsite waiting for lumber. Then, 75% of the 2x6s i got had terrible wane on one side, like it was a stack of seconds.
Will not be using this company again.

I was pleasantly surprised that their prices for lumber is comparable if not cheaper than big box stores and delivery was available for a flat minimal fee! It was my first time ordering quite a number of lumber for outdoor building project. As for my experience, the sizes I needed was available which was really awesome. I called and asked if they carry other stuff for building and whatnot but was told they only carry lumber, so I went for the first time at the store, I understand no roofing was available, but was surprised too that they do carry nails and some tools. I went to personally pay for my lumber but didn't have my list of nail sizes handy. Oh well, all was good and delivery was on time and item was delivered the following day as scheduled! I sure will buy some more for other future projects and will call for specifics next time!

The people are fantastic and very helpful. I always enjoy going in. I also worked for one of their suppliers and enjoyed working with them on a business level as well. Plus, they have lotsa stuff at great prices.

If you want great priced lumber and a knowledgeable staff, look no further. Currently Lowes is selling treated decking 8ft boards for just under $15. I bought them here for $11.34.

I used these guys last year for a fairly large lumber package. We scheduled the delivery weeks in advance and called to confirm a few days beforehand. The morning of the delivery all the crew was onsite waiting, but the truck didn't show. We called numerous times and were told by various people that the truck was on the way and should be there soon. Around noon when we called for the fourth or fifth time we were told that our order wasn't going to be delivered until the next day. Mistakes happen but lying to a customer is unacceptable. I would never use this company again and would caution you in doing so if your schedule is important.

It isn't often that one gets FAR more than expected. Pine Creek Lumber is the exception. I bought several thousand dollars of #2 Yellow Pine dimension lumber 2X6, 2X8, and 2X4. The delivery was fast, courteous, and very efficient. The lumber exceeded all my expectations. The worst lumber in the stacks was as good as the best at the Big Box Store. There were far less imperfections, and the lumber was far, far straighter than any I have bought for years. THE PRICES WERE BETTER THAN ANYWHERE ELSE.
If you are in their delivery area....don't get your lumber anywhere else.

My pregnant wife stopped on the side of the road across the street and got sick. It was around 630 in the morning. She killed her battery leaving her lights on and asked them for a jump start. The associate there told her he was waiting on a delivery and wouldn't help. Sorry but I'll have lowes or huntsville lumber deliver from now on.
