My first time here, it was decorated cute, but I had to wait at the counter for at least 10 minutes for someone to pay attention to me. Everyone was busy with a dog. And I'm used to someone stopping at a grooming shop and acknowledging me to see what I need. And they usually stop and do the nail trim for my dog. And then go back to whatever dog they're grooming, but that didn't happen here.So that was a bit disappointing.

However, finally, someone got Allison, who was with the dog in the bath, and she did a wonderful job with the dremmel trimming my dog's nails that were quite long, because the previous groomers that I've been seeing for 2 years never trimmed the dark nails.
So I thought I'd try a new shop and I was not disappointed with the nail trim. And she also shaved the hair on my dog's paws.

Total hack job by the groomer!!

They asked multiple questions about how I wanted my dog groomed…and then did the exact opposite!! I asked for half the length and no shaving, especially near her bum. They shaved her belly, bum, and left only 1/2” of hair on her body.

- No transparency to tell us the groomer I spoke to was not grooming our dog
- No phone call to tell us they were running late (by an hour). It took 3.5 hours.
- No phone call to discuss or tell us they were going to shave my dog!

I would leave ten stars if I could. We had to evacuate due to a hurricane Milton and my uncle is allergic to dogs so we had to board her. They took the best care of our baby that she didn’t even need her anxiety meds. 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Lexi needed to be groomed while we were at the "Forgotten Coast". She looks so good and all the people from receptionist to the groomer were incredibly kind. They took a pic from my phone on how I wanted her groomed as well as listened carefully. Next time we're in the area we'll definitely be back. I'd use them all the time if we lived down here!

We needed a to rent a kennel while on vacation, and it was easy to do. The staff was very friendly and we were very thankful to have such a service. This place can take care of all of your pet needs.
