I enjoyed shopping for my new recliner. Judy, the sales person was very patient as I tried pretty much every chair in the store. I was shopping spur of the moment so I didn't have credit cards with me so I chose to finance it for a short period. The paperwork was minimal and easy to fill out. I was told when the chair would be delivered and the night before I was notified of the delivery time the next day. The next day the delivery guys were prompt and in and out in just minutes. Over all I am very pleased with the experience.

Very good pricing made me feel at home. They didn't make me feel like I was forced to buy it and helped me out the whole way i would definitely choose them over any other place they're pricing is better than any other place I went to I was getting told triple the price at other places and I went to them and got it for a good deal that didn't it make me feel like I was getting screwed over we'll be definitely going to them all the time

I purchased a reclining loveseat using their financing. My delivery was to be a week later. As I went into the store the day my delivery was to come and they had a 20% off sale. I made it known I wasn’t happy about the sale now and I haven’t even received my loveseat yet. Was told they didn’t know about the sale coming up. As I left, I told the guy there. He took my info, no one called me so I went in the next day to point out my concerns. My previous receipt said I should have gotten a personal blender which I wasn’t offered. Judy spoke w Jessica ( Cathy was off for a few days). Judy called to say the contract was rewritten. I went back in, signed the new contract and got my free little blender. Since they did me right, I purchased an end table. I was pleased that they did the right thing so I’ll be shopping there again.
